I've taken prescribed amount of 5/325-Norco or hydrocodone today for lower back bulging disc, DDD, nerve damage. Pain is not controlled this pm. How soon can I safely take oxycodone tonight? Can I safely take a norco and an oxycodone at different times on the same day. (If the norco at first does not help my pain.) Though I have to ask the original poster, did you mean "10" of some other medication? I.e. - 10mg Zohydro (Hydrocodone extended release) which doesn't have Acetaminophen? However it if really does exist, then it would essentially be weaker than 10/325 (hence 325 is larger number than 81). I have seen a neurologist for over 10 yrs. I suffer with severe headaches and fibromyalgia. My Dr has tried/prescribed me a couple of different things over time. I can't take Lyrical, i had a bad reaction, and I'm having trouble getting Celebrex which was effective. Walmart has had my script for 2 mo. and keep saying they need Dr. authorization. I was on the yellow 10/325. They claimed all they did is just took out the dye. I've been on this dose for years and I guess they thought I was an i**** because they put me on a Norco 10/325 ip 110. Is a norco 365 stronger then a vicodin 357 and why ## Based on my research, Norco M365 is "weaker" than Vicodin M357. It's simply a matter of each pill containing a different dosage of Acetaminophen. Norco M365 contains: Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). Vicodin M357 contains: Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). What is the pain killing strength of a norco M 355 ## Hi Debbie, Just to clarify a couple of things - M 355 is actually reported to be a 100mg Diclofenac sodium extended-release tablet, made by Mylan Pharmaceuticals. It has no apparent relation to Norco other than the fact that it can also be used for pain relief; just not nearly as strong in my opinion. In terms of "pain killing strength", drug monographs describe Diclofenac as being used to relieve mild to moderate pain, whereas Norco is described as being used to relieve moderate to severe pain. I have been taking norco over the years from Watson. A couple of years ago my prescription changed to Tris I have realized over the last several refills the effects of relief are not constant as with the watsons, even within the own bottle some are strong some are not Walgreens said they dont carry Watson any longer. Roxicodone contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen and Lortab contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen.
