i never experienced nausea when i first take this Neurogen-E. it helps my spirit boosts everytime i go to the gym after office hours. It seems it gives me resistance on my spinning activity, and i expeirenced light aches in my whole body whereas before, when i didnt take this, i could feel any kinds of aches or fatigue. i know its just a supplement, but its good when im doing strenous activities like work-outs and Zumba....

can this be crushed or dissolved in water? ## Have you tried asking a doctor, or pharmacist? I am not familiar with them, so I am actually not sure if it is safe to do so. This is a supplement that contains a complex of B Vitamins and vitamin E and some of them can cause stomach irritation if they are crushed, so any coating is removed.

Im acidic person, is neurogen is good for acidic like me? ## A year ago i accidentally slid and after an mri taken, my c-4,5,7 - t-1 was affected. I was initially adviced to take pregavalin 75mg but lowered to 50mg due to allergic reaction. Then it was changed to mecobalamin because I was experiencing numbness and pricking pains in my hands, lower arm, legs, thighs and groins. Can I discontinue taking mecobalamin and just use neurogen-e? By the way, I take genacol tab before going to bed an hour after taking mecobalamin.

I had a surgery on L3-L4 to remove an extruded disc more than 10 years ago. My doctor didn't prescribe any medication after that. Help! I was given Lyrica by my pain management doctor. I have severe neurogenic pain from multiple sclerosis. I am also taking Wellbutrin and Cymbalta, the idea of being on 3 different-acting anti-depressants worries me. I am on heavy opiates for the pain and can live alright with the level of pain I have without the Lyrica, I am not sure if the pain doc is attempting to get me off opiates, or just wanted me to try Lyrica. The first dose of 100 mg (yesterday) made me high as a kite, I didn't feel like myself, could not stay on task, jittery, problems with balance, unable to concentrate, hard to sleep AND it seemed like my pain was actually worse.....I have hesitated to take my dose today, and the doc wants me to increase to 150 mg/day in 3 days, I cannot imagine taking more at this ...
