The pill I am looking to identify is oblong, dark blue on one side, white on the other, on the blue side it has the #'s L185. pretty sure it is a generic tylenol pm, but want to be sure. ## That is correct, it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 25mgs of Diphenyhydramine, it is a generic or store brand of Tylenol PM. I have tylenol4. With the number pn it # 437 ## Is that the complete imprint? There is no Tylenol 4 listed with this marking on it. The pill itself says IP 204. It seems to be percocet 7.5 when I try to find it. The issue is I had a tonsillectomy yesterday and the pain meds do not seem to be helping. All tablets that use a 44 on them, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, this company doesn't manufacture any prescription medications. I am an American living in Belgium and suffering from Fibromyalgia. I have both pain and sleeplessness. In the states I used a more generic Family Dollar Ibuprophen PM from time to time and it worked great. I cannot find anything like that here in Belgium as we don't really have drugstores as in the US where one can just scan all that is available. I have to go through a pharmacist here and there is a lot of difficulty in explaining what I am looking for. I am a school nurse and one of these pills GC 101was found in hallway, after not being able to identify pill via web, called local pharmacy and it pulled up as non aspirin pain reliever 325 mg so in other words generic regular strength Tylenol. ## Thank you for taking the time to share this information! I also find it rather difficult to identify most of the OTC medications, since their pill imprints aren't usually listed online. A few pill identifiers out there actually specialize in identifying OTC meds, but they require some sort of ridiculous monthly subscription that most of the general public probably isn't willing to pay for.
