The pharmacy gave it as a substitute for methylphenidate 27 mg. It's round and brown with md 27 on it but i have no info i can find on this. ## Interestingly enough, I located a Methylphenidate hydrochloride ER (27mg) pill with an imprint of "[M] 27", made by Mallinckrodt; which is a grey capsule-shaped tablet, but found nothing on the imprint "md 27"... For verification, you can click on the following National Drug Code link (0406-0127-01) or visit the manufacturer's product webpage at: mallinckrodt.com/Templates/Pages/productdetail.aspx?id=2147483767 I went through every Methylphenidate pill image on Mallinckrodt's product list and am not seeing anything with the description or imprint you've been handed. oval shaped i-2 brown pill ? red round small pills with 90 on them? ## The I2 tablet contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen, a generic or store brand of Advil or Motrin, commonly used to relieve pain and fever. Are there any other markings on the other pill? Or just those numbers? I am having trouble finding this one. Does anyone else know what it is? Was it found in the U.S.?

shiny small egg shaped brown pill with no markings on it ## I'm sorry, but if there are no markings on it, it will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. It is, however, safe to say it is not a legal U.S. prescription medication, as they are all required to have markings under federal law to enable their identification. However, it could be one of a large number of over the counter products or foreign medications. Was it found in the U.S.?

I need to know if this is a Seroquel or not? It's oblong, kind of orange and brown with AB1 on it. ## Yes, it is a generic 50mg Quetiapine tablet manufactured by Accord Healthcare. NDC code: 16729-0132 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and weight changes. It can be normal to receive different tablets from your pharmacy, from time to time, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, at the time they had to restock their supply. Are there any other questions?

dark brown, shinny, with no letters or numbers, approx. 5/8 long ## I'm sorry, if there are no markings on the tablet, then it will be impossible to positively identify. I'm trying to figure out what this pill is I found in my little sisters bag; it's a light brown oblong pill with specks of darker brown on it. It has a cursive W or M on one side and a line on the other. Any help would be greatly appreciated! ## Hi AJ, Based on the description provided, the closest match I could find is an oval-shaped brown pill marked with "WX" on one side. Unfortunately I can't locate a photo of the tablet for further investigating, but the tablet itself is said to be identified as Phenazopyridine HCL (97.5 mg). This particular medication is used to treat urinary pain that may be associated with interstitial cystitis. Does this sound like it could be a possible match? If not, please post back if you happen to have any other clues or hunches as to w...

Found this in a package of what I can not share, but it appeared to be a diamond tablet with a brand name “homll” imprinted (from what I can make out of the text - cursive) and of a red-brown colouring. I’ve done research (minimal) and apparently there’s a Japanese brand that makes the same looking tablets but blue. I do not know why the difference in colour, or what they are even supposed to be used for but I have an idea. The Japanese brand “homll” makes ed pills with the same shape and size of the ones I found but in blue (as mentioned above) with tadalafil. I do not know if the ones I found have the same active ingredient. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will not be taking it to find out, or will be taking it if or when I find out what th...

I have Found round brown pills in my sons room he said that they were c 10 xanax can you help identifiy thease thankyou. ## I find a pill with C10 on it to be Cialis or even Claritin. You need to speak with your Son about pills. Just one pill in a pocket and not in a labeled container can get you jail ## There is no 10mg Xanax, the maximum dosage available is 2mgs in the regular release and 3mgs in the time released formulation. However, there is a Diazepam available that matches this description, it is a generic for Valium, it is also a benzodiazepine that is used to treat the same conditions. The U.S. FDA warns that it also carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with?

I found this small reddish brownish oval pill shaped and on one side is engraved 54 on it, I've been googling and asking around about it but I just can't seem to find it anywhere on the Internet! Which is sad because my friends are doing these and worried because I never seen or heard of them in my life! There somewhat like the bigger pill they call ritilan with the M 54 written on the one side but this one is different, smaller and the number 54 is engraved on the one side! Is this what they say it is? Concerned for my friends! ## Hello, Amberlynn! How are you? I found in sons room It looks like an ibuprofen, but I've never seen on that looks like this. Its round more reddish and 57 imprinted on the other side. There's no lines nothing just 57 on one side. ## Hi Michelle, You had mentioned in your description that the pill is round, but in your topic title it says "oval"... Can you please confirm which shape you're referring to? I get the sense that this is probably a different/newer batch of ibuprofen (hence the more reddish color), though I can't be for certain at the moment. I just know that manufacturers tend to change inactive ingredients on an undisclosed basis so it may have something to do with that. If you're able to I'd suggest taking the pill into a local pharmacy to see if they recognize it. Odds are...

I found a gel-type brown oval shaped pill that has a P inside a white triangle and a "30" on one side of the pill. I can't seem to figure out what it is. ## I found a pill like that, and have yet to identify, I found a single one. and I assume it to be fairly old. Ill let you know if I find out. ## I've tried searching our various U.S. prescription drug resources, but I can't find a listing that matches this. The marking leads me to suspect that it's an over the counter product. Does anyone else recognize these?

My friend has been taking these White diamond shaped pills everyday right before soccer practice, he says they are energy supplements. I took one from him and cut it in half and the white is only a thin layer on the outside the inside is brown speckled with small yellow, dark blue, and black spots. Does anyone know what this pill is? It has no markings. ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine what it contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required, under law, to have an imprint to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products.
