I found a pill with p97 in on it and nothing else on the other one but it is very dark brown. Can anyone tell me what this is? it is a large brown oval shaped pill with no label on it or imprint about 1 centimeter for the width an 1 inch for the length it is a light brown/grayish pill ## I would need an imprint in order to correctly identify your pill. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. The pharmacy gave it as a substitute for methylphenidate 27 mg. shiny small egg shaped brown pill with no markings on it ## I'm sorry, but if there are no markings on it, it will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. It is, however, safe to say it is not a legal U.S. prescription medication, as they are all required to have markings under federal law to enable their identification. However, it could be one of a large number of over the counter products or foreign medications. Was it found in the U.S.?

Found this in a package of what I can not share, but it appeared to be a diamond tablet with a brand name “homll” imprinted (from what I can make out of the text - cursive) and of a red-brown colouring. I’ve done research (minimal) and apparently there’s a Japanese brand that makes the same looking tablets but blue. I do not know why the difference in colour, or what they are even supposed to be used for but I have an idea. The Japanese brand “homll” makes ed pills with the same shape and size of the ones I found but in blue (as mentioned above) with tadalafil. I found in sons room It looks like an ibuprofen, but I've never seen on that looks like this. Its round more reddish and 57 imprinted on the other side. Can you please confirm which shape you're referring to? I found a gel-type brown oval shaped pill that has a P inside a white triangle and a "30" on one side of the pill.
