when is the best time during the day to take bethel 30? ## From what I could gather, Bethel S30 capsules are only taken once daily; however there is no specific time frame to take it that is recommended by the manufacturer. So it seems like it is left up to you (the consumer) to take it at the most appropriate time frame that works for you. Because everyone's schedule is different, there really is no "best time of day" for all people to take this medication. Since it is a supplement, there really aren't any more specific instructions. If that's what they state on the label, then it likely doesn't matter what time of day you take it. It's a new diet pill that's supposed to be especially for those who have cravings between meals ## New or Not, you haven't specified which diet pill you are referring to...leaving this pill irrelevant. Anyhow for those who have cravings in between meals, it simply means that your last meal didn't satisfy you, otherwise you wouldn't be looking for something else afterwards. My suggestion to solve this problem is to eat less processed food that contains empty calories, and eat a lot more fruits in your diet. You'll be surprised how this little change effects your cravings, energy levels, mood, weight loss.
