They are listed as containing the same active ingredient as Cialis, which is Tadalafil, but when you order from a foreign source that is not approved in the U.S., there's no way to be sure that's what you've actually received. In theory, if they do contain Tadalafil, they should have the same effect and cause the same possible side effects that the FDA lists, which may include nausea, dizziness, priapism and stuffy nose. They are saying that the new opana works as well as the old. There are so many peoples statements that I have read saying the new don't work as well but yet Endo states their research don't prove that. All people who have a real medical problem that causes pain and takes new opana and it doesn' work as well as the old needs to speak up. One person can't change anything. People who are being treated awful by medical doctors and pain clinics because they have pain also need to speak up. ## I am very sorry that people are suffering due to the medication changes. Has anyone noticed that taking generic Paxil is not as effective as the real deal? I'm having a terrible time with recurring anxiety symptoms. ## While patients may experience slight differences between medications, the generic market is highly regulated in both the U.S. and Australia (where I live). The drug concentration is the same within the tablet, it will have the same absorption profile, same extent of absorption. Therefore in all likelyhood it should work exactly the same (within acceptable limits) as the original brand. The only changes present could be due to the inactive ingredients within the formulation which a patient may be sensitive or intolerant to. While this does not affect the effectiveness of the medication it may introduce side-effects.

round, pink with GG739 on it. what is it.thank you. ## Hey Bob, I'm not sure if you're the same Bob who's asked this type of question before, where I had also left a response... but in case you're not, this particular pill reportedly contains 75mgs of Diclofenac sodium (delayed release); manufactured by Sandoz. Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug widely recognized for treating inflammation, pain, and fever; but happens to have other a few other off-label uses as well for conditions such as actinic keratoses and migraines.
