Yellow oval s 901send images ## Hello, Twiggy! How are you? This is not a Prinivil tablet. The oval, yellow tablet with the S 901 marking contains 0.5mgs of Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax. This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with?

I just found out the other day that Prinivil causes a dry cough. I take Prinivil and have noticed a cough going on for about a year now. What does this drug do to the body that will result in a cough? How does this effect someone with a cold or other more serious resperatory conditions? ## HI Carl, yes, coughing is listed as an adverse side effect from taking Lisinopril (Prinivil).

I take lisinopril and wanted to know if there is any difference between taking either the zestril or prinivil? I am talking about differences besides the actual way the pill looks, relating more to how you feel on either of them or side effect related..... ## I am curious too. I have taken lisinopril for years and never known it to have another name on my bottle. My bp was awesome. Now all the sudden it says generic for prinovil and It doesn't seem to work at all. I think the zesteril has the hydroclorothyazide added and its a small diueretic and makes you pee more. I took the HCTZ alone before and it made me feel like I always had a uti. burning sensation. IDK to tell my doctor to up dosage or what since it doesn't seem like its working. ## What does lisinopril help me in my he...

93 on one side and 1122 on the other - it's an orange pill ## This is Lisinopril 5mgs, a generic for Prinivil, this is used to help lower blood pressure, but it can also lower cholesterol. ## Orange Pill 93/1122 Pain killers? ## No, NOT ANY TYPE OF PAIN KILLER! It is exactly what I posted above for the other person who asked, nothing more than Lisinopril, primarily used to lower blood pressure. You can check the image in my original answer post to confirm. ## No Verwon, I have the same mystery pill and it isn't the one in the picture you linked. As it says above: 93 on one side and 1122 on the other (not on the same side). It's orange and oval/oblong shaped. The label on the bottle says Edotrol or Edotorol or something like that, it's hard to read. ## Okay, found the one...

ROUND WHITE PILL ## Does it say PAR on the other side in kind of fancy letters? If so, this is generic Lisinopril 40mg. Generic for Prinivil tablets. It is a medication typically used to control high blood pressure. It can cause your pressure to drop too low, interact with your sugar levels if you are a diabetic, cause blurry vision and sometimes...make you tired until you get used to it. ## I think that has to be it, unless it has no other markings and could be an OTC drug or supplement. The only other thing in the databases with that number is oval, not round. ## That's the same thing I found. I take Lisinopril myself, generic of course because it is cheaper. I couldn't find any other pill to match the one presented for identification. ## LOL! My DH is on it also, they wanted ...

I have a pill buff in color, four sided but shaped like a chopped off triangle, with MSD106 stamped on the face. ## Pill Image Click Here This should also say Prinivil on the other side, which is exactly what it is, in 10mgs. The active ingredient (generic name) would be Lisinopril. This is used to help lower blood pressure.

I was wondering if Lisinopril is a generic medication for Diovan? ## No, Lisinopril is NOT a generic for diovan; rather it is a generic blood pressure medication for Prinivil. I take 40mg per day myself. ## Actually its an alternative not its generic form. ## priscilla..isnt that what I said..tat it was NOT a generic for Diovan rather it was generic for PRINIVIL, which obviously would be an alternative. ## The other posters are correct, Diovan's active ingredient is Valsartan. Another name brand for Lisinopril would be Zestril.

His says: TAB 10MG Mf: LUP pink round tablet For PRINIVIL/ZESTRIL I wanted to know if they are the same or is there a difference. I need these to live, and I'm running out. Small round yellow pill with an M on one side L25 on the other side, neither are scored ## THIS IS NOT MORPHINE NOR ANY TYPE OR NARCOTIC DRUG! Just because it has an M on it, does not mean it is Morphine, the imprint has nothing to do with what the pill is, this is just a company logo for product ID purposes. Here is your pill: Pill Image This is Lisinopril 20mgs, a generic for Prinivil, this is used to help lower cholesterol and blood pressure. ## Yellow pill round with a 20 on one side and a wierd M or E with two lines making the middle line

Is it recommended to take NORVASC and Prinival Both ## What has your doctor advised? When it comes to treating hypertension and/or cardiac conditions, the severity of the condition(s) plays a large factor in what medication is used, or if a combination of several medications is needed. Norvasc contains the active ingredient Amlodipine, which is a calcium channel blocker and Prinivil contains the active ingredient Lisinopril, which is an ACE inhibitor, so while they treat the same conditions, they do work in different ways.

I was taking Benicar HCT and had to change because it caused a chemical induced Hepatitus. Which had me in the hospital for a 3 day stay with really bad stomach pains. A Liver specialist believes the cause was the Benicar HCT. ## Are you off of the Benicar HCT, if so, what other prescription were you placed on? I seemed to be having soreness through out my stomach area along with my lower regions. But I am taking Lisprinol, the generic version of Benicar ## Lisinopril is not the generic for Benicar, the generic for Benicar is Olmesartan. The name brand for Lisinopril is Prinivil or Zestril.

Ive got high blood pressure and have been taking a small round pink pill but when i went to get my refill the pill is small but white and has what looks like a v on one side and the numbers 3972 on the other side. Im suppose to be taking 10 mg of lisinopril. Can you tell me what this pill is. I am so confused because of the different kinds of pills for my brand of medicine I take. Plus I also feel light headed, fuzzy and sick to my stomach. It probably dont have anything to do with this pill but just want to be on the safe side. Why do they make different kinds of pills for lisinopril 10 mg? ## The reason there are different pills available is because Lisinopril is a generic medication, not a name brand. The name brands would be Prinivil or Zestril. When a medication is available as a g...
