I found a white oval pill imprint 2127, can't find any info on the web after plenty searches and alot of resources... Please help, I am wondering if this is a pain medication? ## The pill you're describing reportedly contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone Bitartrate + 325mgs of Acetaminophen made by Actavis. The reason why there aren't many listings yet here on the internet is because it's relatively new to the market. I'm not exactly certain about its exact release date, but some of my research suggest that it's only been out since May 2016. Here is the full scoop (along with its National Drug Code of 0591-2172): dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/drugInfo.cfm?setid=6da96f18-c056-45c2-a1c8-f86484e69d08 I hope this helps!

The little round pill sits on its side perfectly balanced. They are on both sides. The number 2120 is on the opposite side of where the beautiful V is located! Sorry first time they told me my message wasn't detailed enough. Thank you. ## LOL! No worries! How are you, Greg? Does the tablet also have a 3 on it? There's one manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals that is white, round and has 2120 V 3 and they list it as containing 30mgs of Codeine and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Does that match your tablet? orangeish round pill with 212 on one side and nothing on the other. Looks different than the mirtazapine pills we got last month. Those were a brownish color and oval. ## I cannot find any pills that are orange and round, with just a 212 on them listed in either of the prescription drug databases that I use.
