i have been prescribed to OC 80's for 6 years now for my debilitating pain. i started taking them intranasally about a year back when i learned that it works much faster and better. i'm currently up to 4 a 5 a day. yesterday i got my script filled to learn that they had come out w/a new generic replacement that has OP on the side that used to say OC. i've tried everything in my power and nothing seems to work. taking these pills orally does NOTHING for me except make me feel tired and sick to my stomach and i had to stay home from work today because of this. i know there has to be a way to take these new generic pills and separate the plastic from the oxycodone, but have yet to learn what that way is. {edited for safety}

@Stevemar - Hey, how about you spend your time saving the world elsewhere. I despise people that try to try to tell other people how wrong it is to use, or in this case misuse, drugs that they are going to do/use whether they get the info from this forum or not. People are here for information, not for ethics lecturing. I am disgusted every time I read a post like this, because it is useless for people, one because the person looking for answers on how to use or “snort†a drug isn't getting anything from it, and two because no one on this forum that is actually using can give a s*** about what you think or say. So who exactly are you helping? Since I'm sure many think this is from an angry “userâ€, although it shouldn't matter, I have never used OP 80's, or any opiates/drugs of any sort, but my friend was looking up how to snort them and I noticed this forum in passing. I hope it'll be a laugh for those who agree, and a lesson for those who spend their time as Stevemar does, which is just to piss people off, while at the same time sounding ignorant and idiotic.

I am a terminal cancer patient and am on these new pills as well and even though taking them as prescribed does help I am with everyone else in wanting the relief or high as fast as possible. I have tried all the tricks there are and even though the microwave method is the most effective for getting the blasted pill to a snortable form, what is working for me as the fastest and longest lasting high is simply this; {edited for safety reasons}
Hope this works for some of you as well. Just be careful with what you are doing, life can be snatched away from you in the blink of an eye, believe me!!

The methylcellulose compound is binded throughout the pill... sooo sucking the color off the pill will not get you any higher. Glad you can placebo yourself though :\

All of the people saying it doesn't work is just doing it wrong. All of the brain dead people who are saying "just suck off the coating it gets rid of the time release" are dumb as hell. Also just grinding the pill into powder and snorting doesn't work either, the gel is still in the powder and activates once it gets wet. This method really works, the microwaving process is to eliminate the gel. So for anyone who is wondering, this method works very well, I've done it now about 6 times and haven't been disappointed yet. {edited for safety reasons} Great Drip, the brown powder that's left taste's very potent. I wouldn't go as far as to inject the final product, from what I could tell there's still a tiny bit of gel left if you put it in water even after this whole process just nowhere near as much. It doesn't bother your nose when snorting but It could still wreck your veins trying to inject.

Hey for what its worth. The Mic way works. I didn't get all fancy with it. {edited for safety reasons} And on the 7th day I nodded. And said It Was Good.

Believe it or not. It works. I may have lucked out the first time with cook time. I ll try cookin it longer and shorter time to see which is best. But I think if I had let it go longer it would burn. Just let the whole thing go brown n ur good.

Thanks Chris....had a friend check the place in Florida, Also Dr. Phil had the doctor of the place on his show. Dr. Phil paid to have two women go for detox there, they said it was great, they were young girls. But I have been on codeine for migraines for 45 years, think it would not work for me. I am under 4 doctors care right now, they are coming to the conclusion NOT to get me off the codeine at my age, let me have my 4-5 a day as needed for the rest of my life. They have tried getting rid of the migraines, still have another doctor to see at Mayo Clinic, but the hereditary factor is my culprit and will probably be my demise. I think the doctors would like to see me have a decent quality of life but I am really not getting any better. I think it is all down hill for me...and that is okay...73 years is old enough...hate getting old, I am young at heart, would rather be with the young people but you knw how most young people think about the older ones....NOT MUCH!!!! Thanks for your info.

Cuz u not supposed to do it in the microwave duh. Said this on here at least 5 times.no wave oven only 20 min 230 deg and let sit 2s0 min and it will be hard

why does it still stay sticky after doing the microwave thing and I didnt put it in the freezer i just let it cool by leaving it on the counter?...but let me tell you using a coffee bean grinder turns it to powder in 3 seconds...

maybe for you it does... methadone does absolutely nothing for me... 1 30mg pill of oxy will do me more than 5 dones... the only thing methadone is good for is if you run out of oxy and you have a couple methadones on the side to take so you dont withdraw... but thats me everybbody is different... i dont like the high of methadone at all... and i did opana before too which was ridiculous but the high was not as good as oxy... but 1 40mg opana pill lasted me 3 days it was a giant pill and 1 line of opana will get you ripped...

@cancan please do not try that procedure where they claim to get it outt your system that fast. It tools years I'm guessing to get where you are , they are more than likley talking about naltrexone , which it will clean you up quick but also your going to get sick. Weining yourself off over a month at the least 3 ( preferabally ) works te best so you get your body used to almost nothing. And as soon as your clean on naltraxone your going to want to go right back to the medicine. However after you get clean the naltraxone is excellent to prevent you from using being it acts like antabuse for alchohal getting you sick if you take any opioids . After your detoxing for 3 days try the suboxone strips , some have naltraxone in them . They will kill the jumping legs, vommiting, and so fourth. Just dont take them for too long because coming off that is bad too . Also if it's methadone you take MAKE SURE to wait at least 48 hours or more before taking Suboxone or it will throw you into rapid detox. With oxy you can start Suboxone after 12-20 hours. But if taken right it's a miracle drug that will help you get your life back

Freezer waste of time been doing for almost a year now cook like said pull out let sit 20 minute it get hard and it turn to powder easy no freezer. I grind mine in pill crusher b4 cook so it already powder. But freezer get it moist that bad.

Methadone is not a pill for of herion either. It does take way longer to kick but gives you same high as oxy just the same reseptor in brain so people on oxy your just the same and vise versus as well I know. It funny that oxy heads say that.

You don't know what your talking about. Methadone doesn't keep you from getting high of other pills. My doc gives me 100mg a day plus 10 15mg oxycone a day for break threw and I feel the oxys way better with dones in me then by self. I also have 2 friends who get perscribed them as well. They also get oxys for break threw and feel them just fine while on or off dones. Fact is with the combo you get way high forf longer and more pain releaf. So you way off.

but you keep dancing around my question timmy... you say you never got high off it and its great for your pain right? you ever go a couple days without having any? wait till you eventually get off methadone (unless you wanna be a zombie for life) and you have to deal with withdrawing...
