Was your test that showed positive for meth from taking hydrocodone 10/325 urine test? was it sent to the lab for confirmation & still show positive? I just had a urine test that showed positive for meth and i have not done any of that stuff. the last two urine tests i gave said positive for meth. I also took hydrocodonne 10/325, along with my blood pressure medications, morphine, peomethazine, sudogest, and vitamins. My p.o. wants to violate me cause she says that none of the meds i am taking will give a false positive for meth. I know different and i haven't done any meth she doesn't think i am telling her the truth how do i keep from going to jail because of this?

Sudogest has a pseudoephedrine in it. That is a stimulate. It's found in decongestants and such. Infact it's one of THE MAIN ingredients used to make meth. I know this an old post. But it might help someone else.
Your PO is not a dr or a pharmacist. F HER!!!

Any sinus medication, especially pseudoephedrine may give a positive reading on a UDS. Anytime you have to do a UDS, I recommend that you take a list of EVERYTHING you put in your mouth. Every vitamin, herbal supplement, energy drink, anything can affect the test! Keep track of absolutely everything that goes in your mouth! I've worked with UDS's for the last 7 years and have seen some interesting stuff.

I would get a doctors statement. I once was falsely positive for narcotics and one time I tried to get help at a detox center and had heroin, coke, and opiates in my system and they claimed my urine test came out clean!! These drug tests are not always accurate; people have to do something about this because it has been ruining people's lives! I really needed help that day and was turned away!! Good luck staying out of jail.. I hope we both stay out of there! Jail is not the place for addicts!

Could you please explain a little bit more? I know this is an older posts but my husband had back surgery and he's looking to change jobs but he takes gabapentin 2x, Norco 10/325 3x blood pressure med, and Lyrica 1x. Now he was just told today being Wednesday that he has a drug test on Monday. What do we do because he is weaning down on all of the medication except for the blood pressure blah blah but as far as the surgery meds his doctor is weaning him down slowly but not slow/fast enough because of this test on Monday. I need help and fast to be able to help him to get this better job
