This is a supplement product and, as such, it is not actually proven to help with joint help, or are the side effect profiles studied.

It contains:

Glucosamine sulphate 500 mg.
Chondroitin sulphate 200 mg.
Essential phospholipids 100 mg.
Vitamin e 100 iu and
Vitamin c 2 mg.
