I've been on oxycotin 80 mg.es, now because of Insurance reasons, Now I'am on Morphine Sulphate 100mg. es, How do they compare and what are the pros and cons?

The Morphine is not as strong as the Oxycodone, hence the higher dosage being necessary.

Otherwise, they are both effective narcotics and they pretty much share the same cons, like the side effects:

nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation.

Really, the only pro I can think of is that the Morphine has a slightly lower incidence of causing dependence or addiction.
