I have degenerative arthritis and diabetes type 2. This medicine is recommended for inflammation and neuropathy. Does one need a prescription? Do they sell this med in the USA?

Hi Maria,

From what I could gather, "neural forte sluter domull" appears to be a product of Mexico. And just for clarification, my understanding is that "Neural forte" is the medication name and "Fluter Domull" is the manufacturer.

In my findings this particular brand does not appear to be available in the US. However, the majority of its ingredients are readily available over the counter:

Vitamin B1 (50 mg)
Vitamin B6 (100 mg)
Vitamin B12 (1000 mg)
Acetaminophen (500 mg)

The other listed component in Neural goes by the following chemical name at a dosage of 1mg (which may or may not require a prescription): "1.3-dihydro chlororaphis -1- methyl -5- phenyl- 2H-1, 4-benzodiazepin-2-one".

I would suggest talking with your doctor and/or a compounding pharmacy about this last ingredient to find out more specific details regarding its availability.

I hope this helps!

I would like to find out about the availability of Fluter Domull Neural. It contains these ingredients: Vitamin B1, B6 & B12. It also contains Metildiazepinona 1mg and Diclofenac potásico 50mg.
