I agree. I was taking IP 110 and those meds wasn't even touching the pain. Now the Doc has me U03 and I think they work on most of the pain I have. I really didn't like the yellow and I don't think they worked as good as the blue Watson. The Blue Watson were the best for pain

The addicts get their pills from legit patients that sell them and take the money and put up with the pain...

My pharmacy used to give me yellow 325/10 hydrocodone. These U03 pills suck. Makes me sick, dizzy. My pharmacy said I can have yellow ones but can't use my insurance. Insurance companies say they are too expensive, so this is why they gave me u03. Maybe if enough people complain about them they will take it off the market. I have chronic back and neck problems. These do not get rid of pain?

I am a chronic pain patient and have been in everything from OxyContin to Opana and finally settled with Hydrocodone 10/325's 3 times a day. I actually find the new UO3 tablets to work far better than the M367's or the Watson 853's. Being they are new I imagine the manufacturer knows we all talk and would want their product to be profitable. I would normally talk 1 & a half M367's to get any relief and only need 1 UO3 to achieve the same result. So I'm a fan of the UO3 tabs.

Hi Billy, yes I just recently tryed these and they absolutely do not work, I'm still looking into this, but I do know that their from India. And everyone else Is having the same exact issue with this "fake" pain pill. And a lot of people are complaining, and myself, of feeling nauseated, getting migraines and just the whole overall feeling of absolutely no pain relief. It also caused diarrhea and we all know if anything opiates will cause constipation, so taking these seem like your know kinda in opiate withdrawal and like I said with no pain relief at all!!!

It's a scam. Them giving you the U03's should be a legal suit.

Usually I don’t complain about the switching of a med...if it’s effective, but when I started to take this, I immediately felt the difference. For 3 weeks now, I have felt like I’ve been beaten with a stick. I’ve actually been in tears by the time I get home from work. Something seems very off with this substitution and it is not my imagination!

Re: Fred (# 82) Expand Referenced Message

The same thing happened to me last night when I went to Meijer to get my usual monthly prescription. Personally, I have bad spinal problems which there is no surgery for so for the past 8 years have been on the yellow colored Norco, then suddenly yesterday Meijer changed my prescription to the white colored u03.

So far it seems like all the u03 does is make me feel sleepy, but does not seem to help the pain levels as much as the yellow colored Norco 10/325s. I can definitely feel a difference between the two different brands (Norco 10/325 versus u03), and it does not feel like the u03s provide as much pain relief at least for me.

Once again, it looks like those of us who live in chronic pain are being penalized because of those within our society that are drug abusers or drug addicts.

(FWIW: Quite a few primary doctors in this area now require drug panels of patients prescribed opioid painkillers to make sure they are taking their prescriptions and not selling their prescription on the streets. As well as to make sure those patients prescribed opioid painkillers are not using fentanyl or any other illegal drugs.)

FWIW: Just searched on the internet and saw a comment at Glassdoor by an alleged employee of Aurolife, the company distributing the U03 tablets in the USA (for Aurobindo - a generic pharmaceutical company headquartered in India), and the comment at Glassdoor by one of their employees said:

"Products are very cheap. The medication itself doesn't work as well as others."

I want to WARN everyone, i was shocked to see the pill change at Meijer myself. This is all about getting a cheaper cost at our expensive. Several years ago i was filling my script at a different pharmacy, they changed there Norco to a white pill, after a few weeks i started getting violently ill. Nausea, vomiting, i would go thru these bouts, i had no idea what was going on...then one day, i got so sick i ended up in the hospital. In there they didn't know what was going on..(of course no one had tested that pill) i get out and for some reason i took my script to another pharm, well, guess what, no more sickness. It was that NORCO!!!! So, here i am reading this, some are saying there getting sick.. If any of us ends up with these kind of symtoms i had years ago, then have someone test your blood for any chemicals related to this newer pill. Then we should go after Meijer for this.

This is a India company making these. There own quality control says there not good! So, i want to warn everyone, now i am stuck with this month script. After what happened to me before, i will be looking for a new pharm. By the way, everyone needs to fight the DEA Gov for violating OUR civil rights. I could give a CRAP about anyone abusing drugs, that doesn't include me, so we need to fight this discrimination against us! GO TO **** DEA!

First let me say I have herniated discs protruding into my spinal cord. It is NOT people's imagination the Hydrocodone pills have been altered. The pharmacist gave me the run around.. I was told he needed to call my Dr so maybe later on that day..then he said the fill date is too early..I go every 4 weeks and Never fill early!!!! Then I showed the pharmacist a calendar to show him the fill date ..as IF he can't count (he compounds medications for God sake) then says "oh I guess your right" REALLY??? Then he gives me these horse pills that say Hydrocodone on the label with U03 on it... THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took them as prescribed and they NEVER took even a little bit of my pain away.. my pain level remained at a 7 out of 10 ALL MONTH LONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, I haven't but my last prescription was not from the same pharmaceutical company and the pills have RP on them. I must say that I have had pain that I forgot you can have. The medications have done nothing but make me feel sick. When I get my next prescription I will inquire about the manufacturer. I think they are going to stop supplying the pharmacy with better pain meds and supply weaker brands (my opinion). I have no idea what we're supposed to do, I am 75 and pain wears me out along with other health issues.

I agree with you, BKG.
I changed pharmacies and was given the U03 instead of Watson 10's. (Lupus/Rheumatoid Arthritis/Kidney disease)
After inspecting the pill, my opinion is that the coating is different. It's almost like the coating put on som ER (extended release)meds.
Not happy with this RX.
