What is this pill? I found it in my son's room. It's white, round and small. One side has the markings APO TI-4 and the other side has no markings. I found this pill on my brother's floor and am concerned as he has bi-polar and could be self medicating himself. There is a white round tablet with WR on one side, nothing on the other that is 500mgs of Methocarbamol, a generic for Robaxin, which is a muscle relaxant, so that is possibly it. It's the only one I'm finding that fits this description and it has no markings on the opposite side, just the WR.
