That doesn't mean you have cancer, according to NIH listings, but there is a risk in the future that they it could turn into cancer. Calling them high grade indicates the presence of moderate, or severe precancerous cells. However, as I said, that does not mean you have cancer, it just means they found a high number of abnormal cells that might become cancerous in the future, but there is also a chance that they will not.
