If there are no markings on it, we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription tablet, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. The highest probability is that it's an over the counter product, but there is also a slight chance that it's a foreign medication of some type. Is oxycodone 10 mg hcl just as strong as the oxy 10 w/tylonal in them? Does one just have tylonal in it & that's it? ## Tylenol and Acetaminophen are the same thing. Tylenol is the brand name for Acetaminophen. ## @Archangel, A 10mg Oxycodone with the addition of Acetaminophen is most certainly going to be stronger than a 10mg Oxycodone tablet in and of itself. its a white oblonge(oval) pill. The size of a tylonal and on the back is blank with no writing but the front has a square with the letter M In it and the right has the letter 36. Interested in what it is and what its for ## The boxed M logo is the one usually used by Mallinckrodt pharmaceuticals, but I can't find anything that matches this description. Where was it found? I take 20mg percocet every 4 hours for back pain it works for me. I have been one it for two years. My doctor worrying about the tylonal in the percocet gave me 5 mg capsules of oxcodone, with no tylonal in it. I got this great idea to take the capsules apart and put four in one larger capsule so I would not have to carry so many around. I was carfull and measured out exactly four capsuls and than just took all of them apart and use my little measuring device to fill the capsules. This is not the smartest thing I have ever done. Does any one know if there are fillers in the 5mg oxcodone capsules agian no tylonal. ok the pill is white in collar, and .25 dia by .5 or a little longer and has a half way divider mark in the middle of it and on the other side it has L 384 . ## Are you sure the marking is L 384? I haven't seen one with this marking, yet. However, what I can tell you is that it's an over the counter item. They are usually sold as the generics or store brands of various products, such as Tylenol or Advil. Does anyone else recognize this one? ## i know I have some. It is a generic migrane pill. 19 months ago I was hospitalized for about a week with pancreatitis and was on dilaudid for the pain. After the hospital, I was on hydrocodone for about a month with the pain, then Tramidol. About 9 months ago, I was hospitalized again with pancreatitis for about 5 days, then hydrocodone for about 3 weeks. I also had repeat attacks last October (not hospitalized, on the hydrocodone fur about two weeks) and again last month (also not hospitalized, also hydrocodone). Also, docs have no idea what is causing the pancreatitis, or what triggers attacks. In between attacks, if pancreas starts acting up with pain, tylonal time released will usually take care of the pain. what do the generic oxcodone40mg look like ## Since it is a generic, it is manufactured by many companies, therefore they can all look different and have different markings and there are far too many to list them all. If you are asking about Oxycontin, there are no generics for it, all of those will have the marking OP 40. There have also been several generics of the time released formulation that have been discontinued in an attenpt to prevent abuse and diversion by limiting the manufacturing.
