I was taking Natrilex Sr 1.5 earlier. Now with the BP being higher than 80 (between 90 and 95) for many evenings, I consulted a doctor who advised me to take Telma 40 with Natrilex. However, I have experienced certain dizziness after taking this medicine. Should I continue or take only Natrilex? I was having elevated blood pressure ranging in high139/90 to 148/95 so doctor prescribed me 40mg Edarbi I'm 31 BM. I have a family history of HBP. My question is I work offshore 14 days on and 14 off and my bodies clock gets changed because of shift working nights for a week. I take my meds in the morning round 7 but started feeling def when working nights because I was sleep during the day. Symptoms being exhaustion,palpitation, and shortness of breath. I am taking Nuvigil (250) and Qysmia (75) and have been for about a year off and on. Today our pharmacist questioned my husband about it when he picked up our medicines. Is there a problem? My mother aged 87 years has started taking Nexito Plus for the past 3 days. She used to have panic / anxiety attacks in the night, and hence was prescribed Nexito plus instead of Revotril (0.25 mg). She did not sleep during the past two nights, and today has been sleeping through the day. Towards evening, she became more drowsy and is sleeping soundly with very little reaction. Thanks ## Have they checked your heart, or just done blood tests? It is possible that your heart is working too hard, for some reason, such as a partial blockage, according to the NIH. Do you also eat a healthy, low salt and low fat diet? The NIH lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
