I have very bad back pain and I want to know if it is ok to take 300mg of IG322 with muscle relaxer 4211V.. I have been diagnosed with having a Back Sprain that may last for weeks!! ## Hello, Kriss! How are you doing? The capsule with the IG 322 300 marking is not an analgesic and isn't going to help with this type of pain. It contains 300mgs of Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that can also help with some types of nerve pain, but it takes a month or more to have much effect. It is not prescribed to treat acute and temporary pain, because it will not help. Thus, you're likely to get more relief from the muscle relaxant. Has your doctor prescribed these?

These are both made by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list the one with the 3601 marking as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 2355 on it contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine. Thus, you could end up taking too much Acetaminophen, which risks fatal overdose toxicity, plus the Hydrocodone and Caffeine counteract each other, since the first is essentially a downer and the other a stimulant, so it could be a dangerous mix. I suffer from MS and was experiencing a relapse. The advice was to take 5 days methylprednisolene. After first dose my face started puffing up and became bright red. Continued as I had had been having so much back pain and other MS symptoms. Thought that this was the lesser of 2 evils and would persevere. The course finished on Friday. It is a nutritional supplement containing derivatives of milk thistle and, in most cases, this can be done, as long as it's not a time released product, but I am not sure if it may be irritating to the stomach to do so.

i am taking buspar for anxiety and chantix to quit smoking. ## According to both my physician, psychiatrist, AND pharmacist, yes. I'm currently taking Chantix (Champix here in Canada) with 15mg of buspar 3x daily. However, fair warning. You may find yourself getting brain zaps (Google if you don't know what those are) around the time you take your buspar. It's annoying, but it goes away.
