cutting meloxican tablets
I was just prescribed 15mg tablets for intermitten inflamation in my ankle. I am not very confortable with taking a 15mg tablet every day or even on an "as needed" basis. I wonder if I can split (cut) these tablets in half and still take it on an "as needed" basis? ## Hello, Dominick! How are you? Yes, you can do that, unless your doctor or pharmacist has given you some reason not to. Side effects to this medication may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

tablets smell like alcohol
was switched to Atorvastatin 80mg tab MFG:Sandoz. when you open bottle, pills smell like they were soaked in alcohol. ## Hi flor, From what I could gather, there are actually many reports filed about the strong smell and taste of this medication. Enough to warrant a recall back in 2010: "From August 2010 through December 2010, Pfizer recalled specific bottles of LIPITOR (atorvastatin calcium) tablets (40 mg only) due to a small number of reports of an uncharacteristic odor related to the bottles in which LIPITOR is packaged. A medical assessment has determined that the odor is not likely to cause adverse health consequences in patients taking LIPITOR. There is no need to take any action if you take LIPITOR; please continue to take your medication as prescribed by your doctor. Howeve... ...

Tablet Name Sleeping Pills
i cant sleep in the nights Please suggest me and give the tablets names ## Have you seen a doctor for this? Insomnia can have natural causes, or it can be caused by other medical conditions and if that is the case, you will need proper treatment for such a condition, in order to rectify the problem. Some medications used to treat it require a doctor's prescription, while some are available over the counter, however, since I don't know what country you are in, I don't know what your exact options are. Many over the counter products use Diphenhydramine as their active ingredient, since it is an antihistamine that causes drowsiness as a side effect. ## i just want to know about the tablets like alprax .. for my knowledge ...and suggest me in every posible way ...

i need sleeping tablet name
i want sleeping tablet i am living in bangalore without doctors prescription ## Hi Ravi, There are many different types of sleeping pills on the market that are available over-the-counter as dietary supplements and/or in the form of herbal remedies - commonly found at natural health food stores. Supplementing with melatonin is one viable option, but there are others such as essential oils (i.e. lavender), which can be great for helping a restless body/mind relax at night. I hope this advice helps! Does anyone else have some recommendations to add? ...

fine heal tablet
Why my doctor giving me ib throat hoaseing? ## @kishore, I've never actually heard of the term "throat hoaseing", and oddly enough I'm not finding anything on search engines relating to it either; nor anything about a "fine heal tablet". Did your doctor not explain to you what that might entail upon notifying you of the procedure? Under normal circumstances most information on medications or procedures can be found with a simple google search, however neither of the things you mentioned are showing any results when I go to look them up. Personally, I wouldn't go through with it until I was able to sit down with my doctor and go over everything in detail about why he/she is recommending it be done in the first place. It's also important to understand that ... ...

Espiride tablet
I've been given espiride 50mg to take for two weeks and then as needed while the lilly something (generic is Nuzak) kicks in. But I wasn't told when to take it. The pharmacist was adamant that it would knock me out, but I see here that people are taking it twice a day and seem to still be awake. Can I take it in the morning? ## Hello, Jenn! How are you? Yes, the Espiride will most likely knock you out. The other people that are taking it twice a day are likely already used to taking it, so they don't suffer the side effects very intensely, anymore. However, since you've not taken it before, they will likely hit you pretty hard, so taking it at night would be a good idea. You may also experience nausea and dizziness. Is there anything else I can help with? ## So far the o... ...
