Dear Sir/Madam, I have the piles problem since 2011. In the month of April I consulted with my Dr. who suggested I take SN15 tablet and Moxbro 500 tablet. After taking those medicines I will be alright for that time being. Now this year November I faced a accident and was admitted into a hospital. During that time my doctor suggested me take some high dose antibiotic to cure me early. Antibiotic name is Cetil 500, Cefoprim 500 and Lizoforce 600. Now after taking the medicines once again my piles problem gets started and bleeding is also happening. For this once again I started to take SN15 and MOBRO500. Does the usage of SN 15 tablets affect the Kidneys in any way? ## Based on my research, SN 15 tablets contain the active ingredient Nimesulide. And from what I've read, this medication has been associated with blood in urine, decreased frequency of urination, as well as kidney failure. Nimesulide may cause other serious side effects as well, so I think it's important that you contact your doctor if you ever do experience something unusual that is bothersome or severe. Has anyone had a problem when having to switch their medication to another manufacturer? Sometimes, for a pharmacy, making such a claim really means that they just haven't been able to obtain it, perhaps their current supplier stopped carrying it, or the price changed and they just no longer want to have to order it in. Unfortunately, while some are very helpful to their customers and will go out of their way to make sure to order in your preferred or needed medications, there is nothing that obligates them to do so.
