i went to the hospital with extreme tooth ache , the inside of my mouth is swollen and the glands in my neck are swollen , the doctor didn't explain anything he just wrote a prescription for moxymax 500 and anaerobyl 400 . This medication is only effective at treating bacterial infections, so if the discharge is due to a yeast infection, it will not help and could actually make it worse. Neither one of these will do anything to help with a stomach virus, these are antibiotics and are only effective at treat bacterial infections. They can be taken together and sometimes are prescribed together to treat severe infections, if deemed appropriate by a doctor.
