I've been an alcoholic for a long time and as a result I am feeling weakness and my nervous system is also effected, to the point where my hands are shaking and I cannot control them. At the same time sometimes my fingers are cramping. Can i take this medicine? If so, please let me know the proper dose.

treatment for mouth ulcers ## Meganeuron is a vitamin/mineral supplement. The only listings I can find, so far, for the ingredients list Methocobalamin, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Vitamins, but I cannot find anything more precise than that at the moment. I could have sworn I found more information before and am just missing it this time, so I will keep searching. I do, however, know that some mouth ulcers can be caused by a deficiency in certain vitamins, which is probably why your doctor has your taking this. Does anyone else know exactly what it is in this?

I'm 46 yrs old female. I had an operation last April 15, 2010. THABSO. After that i experienced numbness in my hands especially early in the morning when i wake up. my doctor told to take polynerve 500. iam using meganueron od plus for last one week can you send me side effects of medicine ## Meganeuron is actually a supplement and not a regular prescription drug. It contains: alpha lipoic acid 100mg, folic acid 1.5mg amd methylcobalamin 750mcg. As such, the side effects are not studied for these, the way they are for prescription drugs.
