If so, it is manufactured by Akyma Pharmaceuticals (formerly Intrapharm) and they list it as containing 500mgs of Naproxen, which is classified by the FDA as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. Typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. (NDC 53746-0190). Inactive Ingredients: - Croscarmellose Sodium - Povidone - Magnesium Stearate Ref: DailyMed ## There should be three other numbers on it. It could be several medications. But, it is Not hydrocodone.

The reason for this is that when medications are available for generic production, there is no standardized shape, size, color or imprint. The US FDA only requires they have a unique imprint so the manufacturer, type of drug and dosage can be identified in case of emergency, but they are, quite literally, made by thousands of different companies, so there are thousands of pills on the market that contain narcotics and they all look different and have different markings. However, there is no listing of doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe that I can refer to for you. The only thing you can really do is see a new doctor, make sure they get a full copy of your most recent medical records, then go to an appointment with them and discuss your treatment options. And due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, if you require such medications on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a pain management specialist. I have chronic pain and have tried everything: physical therapy,acupuncture , nerve blocks, steroid and non steroid injections, epidural a, pain pump, tens machine, I have herniated, bludging and bone on bone disks in my while back. In addition I have a large kidney stone that has to be removed. I have taken narcotics before and know that they work. I have been on Tramadol for at least 9 years now, I am SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO NSAIDS, and do not like most Narcotic pain meds as they make me feel "yucky". I took 400 mg of Advil about 2 hours ago while eating. When is it safe to take a 5/325 mg Percocet? I had a minor surgery on a Bartholin cyst last night. ## Hello, Smith! How are you? a round white pill with 110 and below that is the the Z and beside that looks like a V or a triangle ## I can't find a listing for this anywhere and I checked via a general search and specific medications, so it's not a narcotic that I can find listed in any of the databases. Plainly stated, opinions vary on the top 5 list of popular Rx's. Xanax alone will after a time become habit forming and difficult to stop. Hydrocodone alone has similar properties. Possibly the most abused combo out there. Clonazepam is safe, and does not have the synergistic sedation of hydrocodone and Xanax. ## Hello, Kim! How are you? I am trying to find out what this medication is. As I found it's just laying in my drawer amongst the bottles that I have of other medications that I take. I purchased diclofenac sodium & codeine phosphate tablets 50mg, but I cant find any images to identify it as such. It came in a foiled back pop out sleeve of 10. What medications has she tried? Has her doctor suggested she try this? Synap Forte contains Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene, possibly Caffeine and/or Diphenhydramine, from what I am finding listed.
