I suffer from anxiety and do not like to take medications if possible. I guess i could say I'm having anxiety about taking this medication. ## If you have anxiety, you were probably prescribed the Zoloft for that reason and your doctor said it was for your sinus headaches. Hi my dentist gave me hydroco/acetamin for a bad tooth. Problem is it keeps me a wake,I'm so tired but can't sleep, I dozed a couple times but had bad nightmares. I have some codeine from a arm injury would it be ok to switch to it and stop the hydroco.? ## Hello, Missy2ell! How are you? You should check with your dentist, before switching. The Codeine is a very mild narcotic, so it may not be enough to help your pain. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, there are other alternatives that they can prescribe. Is there anything else I can help with?

I know some somas do wanna figure out if this one dose. 350mg ## K.. I TAKE HYDROCODONE.... WAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEM HYDROW AND SOMAS ## I think some misunderstandings need to be cleared up in regards to this post. The medication just called Soma, or its generics Carisoprodol do not contain Codeine, or any other narcotic. Carisoprodol is the only active ingredient in them. Thus, though it is a muscle relaxant that can help with muscle spasms that cause pain, it will not help with other types of pain, such as nerve pain or surgical pain as a narcotic would. It is solely used for muscle pain and spasms. And the tablet originally asked about here, with the 2410 V marking contains only 350mgs of Carisoprodol, so it is a generic for Soma that contains no narcotics whatsoever. You can di...
