Curious. Rx filled for Percocet 7.5 365 for shoulder surgery. The only something I got was severe gas. Very small amount of relief. Seldom take pain medz. Called RiteAide, advised this is only generic medz allowed by my plan type. However, generic medz can be as effective, depending on manufacturer. Further research entailed corporation is in India. WTF! Is it more dangerous to give authentic medication which has greater addictive properties or give cheaper similar medz from abroad which may inadvertently kill you just because the USA pharma industry wants cheap for higher profit margin. Canadian medz banned (online) to be replaced with whatevers for India? Have we lost our minds these Corporate suits profit over health. . ## Hello, Helena! How are you doing? I need valsartan 320/hct and metformin that are gluten free. Just cannot seem to find a manufacturer that is not gluten free. Pleae help! ## Hello, Nancy! How are you? According to a website I found that lists gluten free medications, the Metformin manufactured by Teva is gluten free. However, I am not finding anything listed for the Valsartan/HCTZ, so you may need to ask your doctor about prescribing an alternative. The FDA lists the typical side effects for Metformin as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain and hypoglycemia. The typical side effects for Valsartan/HCTZ may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and dehydration. Do you have celiac disease?

what is this drug used for? ## Hi Pam, I ran a google search and from what I can gather, Aurobindo is actually the name of a pharmaceutical company based in India. Do you have a pill with an "Aurobindo" imprint on it? If so, if you could provide me with me some more detail about the pill, such as: color, shape, markings, etc... I can definitely do my best to identify it for you. Thanks! ## Hello , need to know what else is used for ? Pioglitazone metformin 15- 500 . Aurobindo Pharm . Just got my Metformin 850 mg refilled and received Aurobindo Pharmacy round white pill with an A on one side and 13 on the other side. I take them in the evening at bedtime and in the morning my glucose is almost as high as it was in the evening! That is not normal for me as my reading in the morning should be way lower! ## Hello, Arnie! How are you doing? My first question is why are you taking it at night? This medication usually needs to be taken during the day, just before a meal, that way it is in your body to work to lower your blood sugar after eating throughout the day. If you're taking it at night, when you aren't eating anything and waking up with a high sugar level, it's most likely that your sugar is dropping too low, while you are sleeping, so your body is stati...

Aurobindo - SHUT THEY DOWN! When a manufacturer changes we should be notified. After all, it is our money going to these companies. I opened my Metformin and noticed the shape and the SMELL was unbelievable - FISH SMELL. I will only accept meds from TEVA. How do they get away with this? I called the pharmacy and they were not very concerned. I'm going to inform everyone I know (family, friends, church members, EVERYONE) about this manufacturer. ## Hello, Connie! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're so upset. However, Metformin always has an odd smell, the difference is that some companies use an outer coating to keep you from smelling it, but I can assure you that it is completely normal, which is why your pharmacy wasn't concerned. The FDA lists the typical side effe...

How are you? The FDA classifies Glucophage as an oral antidiabetic medication, though they are sometimes prescribed for weight loss, because they improve insulin resistance. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, flatulence and hypoglycemia. Is there anything else I can help with?

I was prescribed aurobindo pha by my dentist to help my wisdom tooth infection. I won't be getting my wisdom tooth extracted until december, so she gave me this antibiotic to help with the infection. ## Hello, Breaun! How are you? I'm sorry, but Aurobindo is the name of a manufacturer that makes prescription medications, it is not the name of a medication itself. They make many medications. Can you please double check your prescription and post back? If you're not sure which is the name of the antibiotic, just include all the details on the label, leaving off your personal information, of course. The NIH general antibiotic page lists the most common side effects as typically including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

I have had to take generic tylenol 4 for a while since drs cant prescribe anything else. DEA fears I suppose... Surprise, yet a new generic brand aurobindo pharma...Not good!!! First time I've ever felt more pain after taking a medication and also feel very agitated and flush... I know how my medication works and this is just horrible horrible horrible... I called the pharmacy and they said there should be no difference... Really? This is very scary. Such a drastic change... ## This tablet is manufactured by Aurolife Pharma and they list it as containing 60mgs of Codeine with 300mgs of Acetaminophen. i am starting to get really scared. If these made it past quality control, past the FDA, what about the medicines my parents take? What about my birth control (also generic)? These things are going into my body, every day -- in addition to not working, what if they harm me worse than just bad migraines and dizziness? It is obviously a fake, and I bet none of us will be reimbursed. I am furious! ## Hello, Boop! How are you? I think there are some details you aren't aware. A tablet that doesn't work as well for you as a prior one may very well have passed quality control and not had any problem being approved, because generic medications are allowed to differ from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20% of the active ingredient. In most cases the difference is insignificant...

Wife received a new pill made by this company as a sub for her usual oxycodon-acetaminophen 7.5-325, white football shaped small pill with the ID U16 on one side and the other blank, The pills seem to have no real relief of pain compared to the other made by Mylan, they are either much weaker or out right rip offs, have contacted RiteAid who just started using these things to see what they say. If it is going to be this way, she will have to change to the more expensive regular Percocet, cost more, but always work. What are the drug manufacturers up to now they increase prices but lower quality and pain relief. They are screwing with the wrong people, people in real pain need relief and do not and will not tolerate silly crap from anyone. Everyone can be tracked down using the internet ...

I have been taking 10/325 norco for many years. A few days ago I received my medication and found it had been replaced with Aurobindo Pharm U03 imprint. They make me feel very ill with a headache nausea and worse they do not take my pain away at all. I also feel very dizzy. How has the FDA approved this Indian company? Has anyone else had a problem with the U03 10/325 hydrocodone. Im frightened to take them but need pain relief. ## Yes, your pharmacy couldn't dispense it to you, if it weren't FDA approved. But there can be fluctuations from one generic medication to another, or when going from the name brand to a generic. That means this one may be slightly lower in the amount of the active ingredients, so it may not work as well for you as the other one did. Usually, the fluctu...

I have been on sertraline by Greenstone for a few years with great results. My pharmacy switched me to aurobindo sertraline and I have been on a downward spiral. Why doesn't the pharmacy inform us when they change manufactors? And do you have any information ,questions or complaints regarding sertraline by Cipla USA. Please reply. PLEASE AND THANK YOU....... ## They should inform you, while they are not required to do so, most pharmacy's will let you know that the new pills are different from your old ones, but they contain the same ingredient. The FDA does warn that Sertraline may cause side effects, su...

The FDA classifies this medication as an SSRI antidepressant. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings and weight changes. ## I just started taking the Aurobindo Escitalopram 10mg tab a few days ago...have had a severe headache and just today, the capillaries in my eye burst. I was scouting around for generic adderall from CorePharma , when i called Meijer pharmacy they said they carry Aurobindo. I've never heard of this pharm company before. I've been on percocet 10-325 for about a yr for my back. It was working pretty good until the pharmacies started using this Mfg. out of India. What is happening? The worst. Don't get it filled ## 100% agreed!!!! I have been on Adderall generic IR since January 2014. Always filled @ CVS. All previous scripts were manufactured by TEVA. (Large football shaped, orange, sweet tasting & 30mg.) They worked great!!!! Until this past Wednesday (Aug 19th, 2014) I went to pick up my script as usual and didn't think anything of it until the next morning when I had to take one. It wasn't the same shape or taste. (This one was round, orange and a chalky bitter taste.) So I took my usual dosage and Bam Nothing happened, I was like WTF!!!! So I looked at the bottle and this new script was manufactured by Aurobindo. This pill does nothing! I've taken 4 pills total and am calling the pharmacy ASAP.... If you hear this pharmaceutical company...

I have been taking two 25mg in Sertraline and now I take one 50mg, I prefer to take two 25mg tablets because taking a 50mg tablet is to much for me to take all at once, but my pharmacist say that they have never given me 25mg in sertraline, but I sure that they have. ## Have you talked to your doctor about writing the prescription as two 25mg tablets, rather than 50mgs? If so, then the pharmacy has to dispense them that way, regardless of what their past records show, so the problem would be eliminated. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Sertraline as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood changes, and weight changes. Ref: Medline Plus Sertraline

The company Aurobindo hydrocodone/apap 10-325 has U03 on it does not work its as though the meds are fake. don't know for sure but I have never had problems with my meds working until my pharmacy changed to this companyAurobindo ## Hello, Linda! How are you? I'm very sorry about the problem you're having. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Have you consulted your doctor? They may need to prescribe an alternative medication, in the meantime. ## Same here! Just got these same bunk meds myself, a couple weeks ago, worthless!
