Dapricil was used for mentstural cramps in the 1960’s. Would like to know information about he content of the drug. It was a very long time ago. I remember feeling high when taking it and didn’t do much for the pain. Then dapricil was replaced by another similar pill the name was edricil. Not sure of the spelling. Thank You ## I used this drug when I got bad cramps during my cycle! Did not misuse it! When I took this drug I actually functioned and concentrated so much better! Was able to get chores done and worked more efficiently! Was wondering what it was made of? ## Funny how we can remember this medication It never helped with my severe cramps but it was a mood lifter. Really useless. When Motrin Became available my prescription, that was the answer for me.

Looking for something my Mom used to give me for headaches. She used to call them gray grip pills. This was in the 1950's. Anyone have any ideas as to what this was? ## I used to get those too, in the 50s and 60s: called simply: little gray grip pills. From the family/country doctor to cure anything. 44 194---YELOW ## I found two pills in some Mucinex bottle that looks different then the rest of the pills. They say 44/194 and they are yellow. ## This is Chlorpheneramine Maleate 4mgs, an antihistamine used to treat allergies and allergic reactions. A name brand for them would be Chlor Trimeton, and several others. More than likely the company who made the Mucinex manufactures these as well, since they are also over the counter items, and they just accidentally ended up in the bottle.

Same size and shape of a skittle candy piece. Red. Found the bottle the date on it is december 2 1955. On the bottle it said take every four hours that you are awake. I'm 19 years old, 5'7 and 95 pounds, due to an overactive metabolism that was inherited from both parents. My thyroid is normal, as is every other blood test that I've had done. No matter what I do, I can't gain weight to save my life, and my highest recorded weight has been 101 pounds. I've got the white Watson 853's. I also feel less pain relief from them. I also have mild signs of withdrawal moderate head ache, nervousness and shaking. I am 20 years old turning 21, Im using lady pills since i was 19, is it safe? My friend told me that teenagers who are not yet getting pregnant and are taking birth control pills have a tendency that they will not get pregnant at all even if they stop taking the pill.. is that true?
