I've been taking fruta planta for 11 days and I only lost 3 pounds. I've been exercising and taking it in the morning with warm water. I'm reading that people are losing 10 lbs the first week. Am I doing something wrong?

I buy my pills in a grocery store and I take those exact same ones in a silver wrapping and the pill is green and white I take it in the morning with coffee within 3wks time I have lost 38lbs..within two months I went down two pants size..it does cut your appetite in half or more but I do recommend that do not eat any greasy food cause you will get cramps and feel discomfort then its bathroom time if you know what i meen lol....

I take the pill every morning with my coffe at work and on the weekends with coffe or juice or water... I never did it with warm or boiling water and I still the lost weight and continuing

Please provide me with all of the info that you have on this. I took the pills that came in a silver wraping and the pill is green and white.... (is this a fake?) I only lost 3 pounds with taking the pill for 4 weeks and exercising 4 days a week for 2 hours a day. Where did you get yours from please. All info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have been taking Fruta planta for two days I can defiantly feel it in my body I have dry mouth bad but I sleep but it's been a light sleep haven't got on a scale because I don't want to drive myself crazy fair warning don't eat fried food it gave me the worst stomach cramp Omg good luck to all

There are a few places online still selling it and now selling it cheaper due to FDA crackdown. I would get it now if you are interested in buying because soon it will most likely be completely removed.

They did the same thing with Que She diet pills which were the best thing I've ever used. I have a slow metabolism, high blood pressure, and am on medication for allergies. Que She never caused me any problems and allowed me to lose weight when it was not possible before.

Fruta Planta has been successful so they will do the same thing and remove it from the shelves. However, if people are experiencing very fast heart rates and insomnia, they should stop taking the product.

I just started using it a few days ago and have not had any side effects other than a decrease in appetite which is what I was looking for.

It looks like it will be almost impossible to get the Fruta Planta moving forward, as the FDA has completely cracked down on it.

I bought my pills from amazon hope that its real it did have all the stamps and Genuine Guarantee and I had dry mouth and slight headache so their is some price to pay for beauty ..just like we get wax done :) it hurts but we still do it right so if slight side effects are not going to hurt us. As long as it doesnt have any long run effects but i dont think this product is scare to me.I lost 12 Pounds not right away but like in a month or so .. And I continue to take it ones i reach my goal i will stop.
Can someone tell me how u know its real or fake and which websight has real ones.

I started FP two days ago. I don't feel any dryness of the mouth or fast heart rate. I used my wii fit to check my body mass index and it told me I lost 2.1 percent body fat is it me or did i get a fake box?

Ok so i just received my Fruta Planta in the mail as iam writing this and iam wondering if its ok to start tonight or wait till tomarrow morn because i do work graves sometime and maybe the energy will do me good?

I started takingvthe pills yesterday! hope it works for me just like it was to so many of you. i read some of the side effects and i really couldnt sleep last night, idk maybe it was bcuz i had a stuffy nose & cough.

Hello everyone...I too have order mine from Arnold Supplements since Sept 2010 and since I have started Fruta Planta I'm down 47lbs...Arnold Supplements have the real thing. I do experience dry mouth and constipation so I do take a colace daily to help with the constipation but besides that I feel great.....p.s I also have changed my eating habits and also do 30mins of Cardio a day....Good Luck everyone (=

What are charcoal pills? Sounds like what's used to induce vomiting for those who have overdosed on pills or ingested poision. Doesn't sound to appealing.
