I've been taking fruta planta for 11 days and I only lost 3 pounds. I've been exercising and taking it in the morning with warm water. I'm reading that people are losing 10 lbs the first week. Am I doing something wrong?

@ Sandra, that's wonderful!! I'm 39yrs old and have PCOS and it has kicked my butt until I found FP. It's helped with my cravings and so many other things. I'm going to try the charcoal pills, thanks for the advice ;)

HI! I just started taking FP and have already lost 3 pounds..? water weight but for me that's amazing anyway..I am 4'10 and shrinking I am 39 y/o female with PCOS amongst other things..I have found that taking activated charcoal once a day in capsules not only helps with the cysts on the ovaries but also in the breasts...big time! Otherwise I wouldn't mention it. I have tried everything and this works for me. I Have to give props to the FP product as nothing has worked for me this well and with no side affects and I am a very sensitive person with respect to side affects. I hope that these two supplements alomng with exercise and a proper diet will help me lose those 20 ponds which are threatening my bones and joints. current wieght 128 pounds..goal weight: 107 pounds. for 4'10 I think it is realistic and safe.

@ Jessy is that a new thing with the meal plan from lafrutaplanta?? Cuz I never got one and I never got a 25% coupon. But, I will try it for my next purchase, does it expire?? I'm sure it does because 25% sounds a bit much, not that I don't believe it. Either way thanks Jess bcuz I buy through them anyways so I will try the discount thingy.

Hey Thanks! I got to talking through email to the distributors and they were really kind in answering all my questions. They assured me they got the Authentic product, and even offered to give me a 1300 cal meal plan also to assist me every step of the way... since blue and white are not the color of the capsules!!!! I got the fakes I bought on amazon for 6.99 :( But I am happy I finally got to talk to someone and am getting help! Thank you will deff let you know how it goes!

Thanks Dee! I'm looking forward to what the future brings (or takes away!) lol! It is hard w/PCOS.

@ Jessy; I've never heard of blue and white pills. Not that any of us know exactly what's in these pills (or anything else this day and age of corruption/corporate greed), but... green and white seems to be the color for FP. I purchased mine thru Arnolds Supplements online (not expensive, shipping is free). I believe mine are the real deal. Inside of the pills is light brown which is another indicator many people who have had success w/FP contend. So, tread carefully! Good luck.

@ Jessy - DON'T TAKE IT!!! Blue and White are DEF NOT what it should be! It's GREEN/WHITE!! Go on lafrutaplanta . com they really do sell the real deal although they're a bit more expensive than other websites but it's an authentic product.

@Emmag - I'm soooo excited!! Do you know that losing 5-6lbs with PCOS is like losing 15lbs without PCOS!! Keep taking that FP!!

So, I broke down and bought a digital scale at Kmart to track my weight. I started FP on 10/22/10 at about 188 lbs. Today is the 31st and I'm at 182-183. Soooooo, I'm not going to get too excited because I did cut out drinking my daily can of coke. With time I guess I'll be able to see if FP really works.

I got Blue and White capsules are those authentic I wanna know if they are real? I am looking at the box the grape covers the D that is the only difference I am seeing everything else looks the same.. HELP! I am scared to take them!

LOL! It's like a curse! Your body just retains all this fat/water weight, usually in the abdomen area. In general pcos wreaks havoc on your body. I just finished threading my little chin hairs myself! lol, tmi maybe! I'm 34 and don't want to grow into old age w/diabetes and all the other crap from this. I had a reality check recently and decided that it's now or never to take control. I'm trying to incorporate a healthier lifestyle along w/FP. I also figure that if I keep positive thoughts I can trick my mind into continuing w/the lifestyle. Psychosamatic therapy I guess! lol! Best of luck to us all!!!

OMG!! Did I mention that I have PCOS as well?? Too funny! The Dr. told me to lose weight or start losing organs one by one! You're going to LOVE FP! It has saved my life, physically and socially! Although I'm still working on it and now focusing on lasering those nasty facial hairs!

That's so funny Dee, because it seems that you and I have the same issues when it comes to cravings!!! The coke, OJ, and wanting to have something sweet after a meal! I thought it was just me being a sugar addict. I have pcos and my insulin is on a roller coaster ride. Drinking the water before meals is very effective in not overeating in general. Thanks for sharing with us!

First thing you MUST do is remember that there is NO MAGIC PILL out there! Then, you have to realize that EVERY person is unique in how their body reacts. I myself, get desperate when I don't see the weight dropping and then see someone else drop it like it's hot! I usually have ridiculous cravings for sweets after I eat lunch or dinner and even breakfast! I have insulin problems to make it even worse! So, when 2 weeks passed after starting FP and I didn't see the weight dropping, I was ready to give up! My friend advised me against it, telling me some people take longer for it to kick in. I held off and by the end of the month I had dropped 17lbs! By the end of the first week during my second month I was down 23lbs!! So, what I did to turn up the fat burning process was continue drinking that water before every meal, after every meal, during the night and I was also trying to eat more salads and less fried foods. I got to the point that coffee nor coke was appetizing to me and the oddest thing for me was that I lost the desire to drink ORANGE JUICE!! I have been addicted to OJ since I can remember and because of the BITTER MELON in the FP, it has helped me with the addiction to sweets! If you need a push or a word of encouragement, let me know! I just ordered a box of FP from Amazon. i'm hoping that i have the same results that many of you have had. My friend tried it and he lost 20 months in almost 2 months. My problem is that i eat alot of junk food and i have no willpower since it's usually before and during my period. Dee- i wld love to know how you lose the weight quicker, i don't see ur email. my goal is about 35lbs and i'm the type of person that i get discourage fast when i don't see results.

I started taking FP last Friday. At first it made me so dizzy I thought I was going to pass out. The feeling was horrible. Like an out of body experience, but it's got better. I take it in the morning @ 9am and with reg. water (not warm). I haven't noticed a decrease in my hunger, in fact I might be eating more. However, alot of people have stated that they get dry mouth, so I'm wondering if I'm interpreting thirst as hunger. I have a tendency to have paradoxical reactions to meds (have reverse side effects). I haven't weighed myself since starting FP, but I was 188 lbs the wk before. I've noticed that several of my size 12 pants that I couldn't fit into now I can. Not loose, but they fit. So, there must be something going on. I've also stopped drinking coke (and other sodas) so maybe that could be it. I've signed up at my local gym, so I'm going to keep track of my progress and post it.

I bought Fruta Planta from Arnolds, I have only been using it for 5 days and I have already lost 5 lbs. I decided not to take it today (since it was the weekend and I wanted to go out and eat junk food lol), well I still didn't have the urge to load up on a lot of food! This morning I ate corn flakes and milk, around 8 and didnt have lunch until 4....and didnt feel hungry @ all! I recommend Arnolds b/c it is only 13.95 free shipping and no tax. I am not looking to lose a lot of weight, I am about 130 and pretty tall, I only get a big belly from eating all the wrong foods, I am trying to get to 115..so 10 more lbs to go!
