Diet / Weight Loss Overview

Dieting is the practice of eating food in a regulated and supervised fashion to decrease, maintain, or increase body weight. Dieting is often used in combination with physical exercise to lose weight, commonly in those who are overweight or obese. Some people, however, follow a diet to gain weight (usually in the form of muscle). Diets can also be used to maintain a stable body weight. Diets to promote weight loss are generally divided into four categories: low-fat, low-carbohydrate, low-calo...

8 Replies RSS
I tried dinintel before its very effective. I want to buy them again. I wanted to know where can i buy them over the counter? ## which country still has dinintel over the counter? ## is Dinintal available in South Africa or under another name, or generic?? ## Dinintel contains the active ingredient Clobenzorex, it is a stimulant used as an appetite suppressant to help aid in weight loss. As to purchasing it, I think it really depends on what country are you in. In the U.S. it is available by prescription only, but I am not certain about other countries. It should only be used under a doctor's supervision, because it can cause serious side effects, such as nausea, dizziness and anorexia. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Dinintel Details I hope this info helps! ## I ...

Temporary Blindness side effects.
Post a Reply
Started taking Belviq early in the year. After about a month I started having bouts of temporary blindness in my right eye that lasted 2-5 minutes. This happened about 4 times over the course of a month, always in my right eye. Like a shade was being pulled down in the back of my eye. This had never happened to me before, but it wasn't until the 3 occurrence that I put two and two together, and thought it might be the Belviq. At around 2 1/2 months, I stopped taking Belviq and the problems went away. My doctor was unavailable for an appointment concerning this so I pretty much forgot about it. Five months later when seeing him for a yearly checkup, I made him aware of what had happened. Long story a bit shorter, I mentioned to him my research of the blindness issue turned up a possible

Bethel S30 Dont Buy it

Hi I am an pharmacology, I start taking the Bethel S30 back in Nov 1, 2010, I notice that my mouth was too but too dry, since I am a Pharmacology I study and research the product, test the powder on the pill and my conclusion is that this pill has and active or derivate ingredient like sibutramine. I personally DO NOT recommend this product – If sibutramine is the active ingredients I suggest you to contact the company Bethel Nutritional Consulting Inc 212-568-5330 and ask them to return your money. SIBUTRAMINE On October 8, 2010, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) asked Abbott Laboratories to voluntarily withdraw from the U.S. market, its weight loss drug Meridia (sibutramine) because of clinical trial data indicating an increased risk of cardiovascular adve...

Contrave and appetite control

I'm currently on week 3 of Contrave (2 pills in the AM/1 in the PM). When should I possibly be noticing a decrease in appetite/cravings? Evenings are the worse for me, and I'm finding absolutely NO decrease in desire to eat. Am I being too impatient? I was on Phentermine for 4 months, and had lost 30 lbs. I had started to plateau, and that's why my Dr. switched me to Contrave. Since I started with this medication, I've gained 8-10 lbs. because my evening appetite is back. I'm currently on a diet/exercise program where I'm eating typically 1000-1200 calories per day. ## I am having the exact problem if anyone can help answer this question I'm willing to listen. ## Regarding when Contrave starts working, I think the answer is going to be quite different for eac...

weight loss pill ## how do you take these pills and what r they for. ## WELL THIS IS A DIET PILL THAT WAS TAKING OF THE MARKET IN TH U.S. BACK IN 1989 FOR THE REASON THAT IT WAS HURTING EITHER UR LUNGS ECT. IT HAS A LAXITIVE IN IT AND WAS KNOWN TO HELP YOU LOSE UP TO 6 LBS A WEEK,WAS RX FOR THE OVER WEIGHT PEOPLE(OB) ## This drug, however, is still available in Mexico, as well as several other countries, so unfortunately, those who self-medicate, for whatever reason they are doing so, can pick it up there very cheaply. In most cases, you can get away with carrying small amounts, around 3 months worth or less, of a drug into the US, without having it seized or questioned by customs. Customs agents are not trained to keep track of which drugs are or are not legal in the US, and if someone...

the label says 'phentermine' but it is a small round pink pill. I have searched many websites but most phentamine pills are white and blue. can anyone help me identify this pill ## Are there any markings on the tablet? If there aren't, it is going to be impossible to positively identify it. There are just far too many possibilities. It could be an over the counter item or a supplement. I am sorry, I wish I could be of more help. ## There are no details on the pill but I do know it is an appetite suppressent and the bottle said phentermine ## My friend has just come back from a slimwise clinic she has been given some round pink pills and there are no markings but have phentermine on the front ## hi i am taking the same pills small round pink tablets with no markings but was p...

ceti slim

sliming tablet ## Hi Priyanka, How are you? I didn't notice too much information in your description. Is there something in particular that you want to know about this slimming tablet? From what I could gather, Cetislim (Cetilistat) is reported to be used as a treatment for obesity. According to wikipedia, it works by inhibiting an enzyme in the GI tract that metabolizes triglycerides. This, in turn, allows triglycerides to be excreted or pass through going undigested. I hope this info helps! ## I want to know about cetislim capsules .Are the capsules steroid based? if not what's the side effects and when it occures ?somebody told me about that side effects will be seen after some years and there will be no medication forts it. Is it true? ## I also want to know about side effec...

Contrave and use of opioids for pain
1 Reply RSS
How long do I need to be off Contrave prior to having a significant orthopedic procedure which I know I will need opioid pain meds for after? ## Hi Cherlyn, The half life of Contrave's active ingredient 'Naltrexone' and its metabolite (naltrexol) are reported to be about 4 hours and 13 min. However for the simplicity of keeping track of time, I'd probably just average it at 4 hours. And you'd probably want to double check with your doctor/surgeon on this - but I've heard from some medical professionals that it can take up to 3-5 half lives for a medication to leave your system. IF this really is the case (and I know everyone is different), 5 half-lives for Naltrexone would add up to 20 hours (or pretty much a full a day). 4 hours is a relatively quick half-life c...
