I am a 24 year old female. I had been addicted to pain pills due to sports accident for past 7 years from my DOCTOR. at age 22 he perscribed me 150 percocet 10 mg and 60 oxcontin 60mg. A month. I was a zombie. I started using other meds I could get my hands on. I've used every pain killer. I went to rehab last year got 9 months of sobriety relapsed on heroin which I've never done until then. Anyways after a week I knew even though it helps my physical pain I don't want to rely on anything. I decided to contact a suboxone doctor amf I am going to be on suboxone for about 6 months. Its a miracle drug. I have baf pain still..about 5 days ago my entire left shoulder chest and left arm swelled for about 5 days I was miserable I took 3 morphine 30mg even though I took suboxone the day before. After about 6 or 8 hrs. I took my suboxone again. Just don't take pain med after you took suboxone you will automatically puke. I have never experienced but my husband is on suboxone and took a percocet a few minutes after his dose about an hour later he was puking up dinner at olive garden. Suboxone is built to keep you off drugs but in my case I feel like when I been in pain for 4 days and if I have it im not going to be miserable. But I am one to say after your clean for a period of time aleve and ibuprofen are great they help when your system is so clear.

MORPHINE TAKES ANYWHERE FROM 3 TO 5 DAYS TO CLEAR A URINE TEST. GOOD LUCK.

Drinking water will dilute the concentration of the metabolites in one's urine....so that is absolutely not a myth. On top of that, drinking water on days prior to the test will flush more water/blood to kidneys thus excrete more metabolites.

Is it subutex? (Buprenorphine) Or suboxone because if it is buprenorphine you do not have to wait any time after taking a pain pill because it does not have the locks on Inn it with suboxone you would need to wait until you start feeling a little bit of withdrawal or longer than 12 hours

some people are so rude, I live in chronic pain and read this questions just to know.I have a pain dr that at first kept me on the same pill for years and never understood I kept telling him I hurt.till I went to this new dr put me on a long lasting and my reg meds I made it all month without running out.like I did before

I go to the methadone clinic. I take a 60mg dose between 9 am and 11:30 am and i am fine all day long.. used to take norco, morphine, oxy you name it, i took it. 'opiates that is' doctors gave me them like candy so i ate them like so up to 35 or more 10mg norcos, 8 to 10 10mg ms contin...felt great at first until that euphoria went away quickly leaving me dependant on opiates for the rest of my life ..best to never even take the s*** unless you are in a hospital bed. It will kill you..or unless your dying already. Cancer, ms and so on, 'but i know a ton and i mean a ton of ppl who use to get a fix and many of them are dead now...please if you don't need them seek help, call your local agency and make an appt. No need for you to be a victim of population control. You all deserve a fighting chance. You're not junkies. We all just need help from time to time and in this painful world we seek to be pain free..you're all deeply loved by someone so i plea with you flush the s*** and pick up the phone..you got this.

I have RA and a lot of other nerve damage. Dignosed in 2002. Didnt take no narcotics until 2014. Im embarrassed to tell anyone and going inside the dr office and drug store because of people calling others junkies. I waited a long time before taking the meds. Now they need to be upped and dr giving me a hard time. I know people that goes to the same pain management and gets triple what I get. I also see people in the waiting room that are high and there eyes are in the back of there head. Dont understand why im getting a hard time.

I agree with Gary, nurse123 is an i**** and I hope I never have to depend on her to help my pain that I wake with (if it allows me to sleep) and go to bed with (if it allowed me to sleep)! Get off your high horse lady! Not all people are JUNKIES using your word, hope your bedside manner is better, some need the medication! It's because of people like you and the Dr's who are to scared to prescribe the medicine that works for certain people that causes good people to have to do bad things!!! I pray to the good Lord above I never have nurse123 at my bedside!

So true I have alot going on my back is messed up and slipped disc protruding nerve may need a spine stabilizer etc. Due to abuse etc. And between some that abuse that's not even in pain and gov people like me have to suffer I at times my pain litterly get so bad I have to crawl to the bathroom and stay curled up on a hearing pad but yet can't find a doc that takes my ins. Or without even looking at my records as films etc. Assume I'm a addict not right but then when it gets to the point I say I'm tired of suffering and cook like just giving up and dieing they want to threatened to baker act me etc.
