I found this pill in my room that is round and white, not any bigger than a nostril and says 137 on one side and has a lion or something like that on the other side, do you know what it is?? ## I just found the same pill in my room! No idea what it is but I think most likely an antibiotic ## pivmecillinam hydrochloride, an antibiotic to treat cystitis.

M89 is Meloxicam 15mgs, a generic for Mobic. These are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories. AN627 is Tramadol 50mgs, a generic for Ultram.
