My niece is taking rivoril to help her sleep but is becoming anxious and fearful. Now a friend psychologist said, mosegor vitamins is better to induce sleep without side effects. I am on day 8 of suboxone withdrawal. Last night I finally got some sleep after several Nyquil and a lyrical. I took 8 days off of work to go thru this but thought I'd feel much better than I do at this point. I HAVE TO go back to work tomorrow and don't k ow how I'll make it thru. I'm taking vitamins b-6, b12 and ginseng tablets. The RLS has become less severe but the anxiety is at its worst! I started suboxone about a year ago for help to get off 3 year addiction to Norco. I keep reading about weeks/months long wd...really???? I don't know what to do! Any advise on regaining a functioning level of energy and comfort immediately? I started having severe anxiety attacks (all day long), and other anxiety symptoms on July 7th. I have had this happen in 1989 and 2011 and recovered on my own in 3 months without medication. My body has become hyper-stimulated. A week ago I couldn't take the daily crying for 8 hours and pacing the yard, so I took 1/2 of a 0.25 mg Xanax of my sister's.
