I was operated one and a half year back for brain tumor and was advised to take valparin chrono 300mg in the morning and 500 mg in the evening for 2 years still I am taking this dose regularly. I was asked to take valparin chrono 300mg by my doctor. I have been taking 2 tablets a day one in the morning and one at night. I was one of the best students in my class and aways got a commended report when i was 16. VALPARIN CHRONO MEDICINE SIDE EFFECTS ## From what I gathered common side effects while taking Valparin are: Loss of appetite, nausea, weight gain, vomiting, drowsiness, possible hair loss, skin irritation, confusion, and hepatitis.
