This is a decongestant. ## I did a search on iPhone program and it said this is Nortriptyline, 35 mg. ## Thank you for all the help but we have neither of those meds in our house. I am wondering if it is something called Uricalm, which is a pill for bladder and urinary tract pain, and it is more a reddish orange than true red. Hello. I had a friend give me a couple of Round Bright Red pills that only have a 4 score on one side and no numbers, letters or other identifying marks on it anywhere. I have been 100% disabled for 18 years and have chronic pain all over and multiple surgeries. I was told these pills are percocet 10mg but have been afraid to try them with one of my headaches though my friend has taken them for pain. I have been on Norco 10mg for a few years and as you know your body builds a tolerance to any meds you take.
