It is a white round pill that is blank on one side and has an L on top of other side and the number 010 on the bottom. Is this Lortab? ## THIS IS NOT LORTAB! Pills marked with an L are over the counter products manfuctured by LNK International, they only do OTC products which are sold by various stores as their generics or store brands. This one is 325mgs Acetaminophen, a generic for Tylenol.

I'm not seeing any exact matches that fit your description, but came close finding a round white pill with "224" on one side and scored "once" on the other - which is reported to be 30mg Oxycodone HCL tablet, manufactured by Sun Pharma. This manufacturer also makes a 5mg Oxycodone HCL tablet with "223" on one side and scored on the other. However these are the only two pills I've seen that come even remotely close. This is actually an over the counter cold remedy that is sold by several stores as their store brand or a generic. It contains 400mgs of Guaifenesin and 20mgs of Dextromethorphan. Has triangle on it with a p inside underneath has 012 ## From I have been able to find, this tablet is manufactured by Advance Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for Tylenol, it is available over the counter. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. It is most commonly used to treat pain, and fever. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have a white oblong pill with no score, and has an L434 imprint on one side and nothing on the other side. Could this be a Lortab? ## Based on the pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. Unfortunately, neither one of these are Lortab (Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen). The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg without any Hydrocodone (NDC 30142-0484). Acetaminophen is a mild pain reliever and fever reducer. i usually take lortab 10/500 and they are pink, this time i got the same prescription, but the pills are white, scored and imprinted M363, my question: is this the same medication and will it have the same effect? i'm leary of taking something different than i'm used to taking ## Since the COLOR has nothing to do, whatsoever, with the ingredients of the pill, I have removed the erroneous post. IS THERE A 7.5 ROUND WHITE LORTAB WITH IP145 ON ONE SIDE BLANK ON THE OTHER SIDE ## This is actually a generic for a medication called Vicoprofen, it does contain Hydrocodone, but it couples it with Ibuprofen, rather than Acetaminophen.
