I recognize the description of this pill, I buy them for my husband all the time. This is the new Tylenol rapid release caplets, like nenene said, 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The middle band actually has tiny little holes in it, so your stomach acids work on it and release the med quicker. When my husband has classes and gets a headache, it is the only thing that works fast enough, so there is always a bottle in his bookbag and in the car. ive been taking this drug for3 days on the 2nd day i woke up very dizzy it lasted from 5am till 1pm,today i woke up dizzy also but not as bad,i am taking 1 tbs of nyquil at bed time and melitonin pills and i also drink 2 glasses of white wine as a sleep aid before bed while watching tv ,are the other products ime useing at bed time causing the dizzyness?? ## Clarithromycin is an antibiotic that is used to treat many types of infections. The dentist pulled two abessed teeth and gave me this med to take. Well this Friday will be TV he end of the med. But I still have a lot of tenderness and still some infection.. This is the strongest she said. It it hasn't worked that well for me. I had an abess before and was given just amoxicllin 500 and it cleared it up in no time. ## Hello, Joann! How are you? If two teeth were extracted, it is normal to have tenderness for awhile, that doesn't necessarily mean that you still have an infection. Have you gone back to your dentist to have it checked? The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Is there any drainage going on?
