I began getting vertigo during my second treatment which was march of this year. This drug was never given to me till I started getting very bad vertigo that I fell down twice and hit my head against the glass shower doors. Would meclizine be a pill thats ok to take for a cancer patient?

Blood pressure 159 over 105. I got really dizzy last tuesday. Due to death in family my blood pressure shot sky high around what it is now. Should I take these medicines? I also have asthma. I suffer from Meniere's disease. I took Triamterene for a week and both times when I took with Meclizine, I had either a vertigo attack and last night I fainted. Does anybody know any interactions between these 2 medications? ## Hello, Antonio! How are you? I was given this medication(ic meclizine 25mg) to stop being dizzy, but I see that one of the side effects could be dizziness. How can this be? ## It's just one of those fun incongruities of medications, what can relieve a symptom may also often cause the same symptom in some people. Most medications that people take for headaches are the same way, such as Acetaminophen and Advil, if you read the possible side effect details, one of them is headache! BONN imprint round blue pill plz id this pill ## Hi J, Based on your description, the closest match I'm finding here is a 25mg Bonine (meclizine) tablet, used for treating symptoms of motion sickness (nausea, vomiting, etc). This pill is round and pink, marked with BON | INE on one side and 201 on the other (the line down the center denotes that it's scored). Because the description is somewhat similar, part of me questions whether they could be made by the same manufacturer (Insight Pharmaceuticals/Prestige Brands)... I found one in my house, but noone claims it. ## it's dramamine ## Time Cap Laboratories lists this tablet as containing 25mgs of Meclizine, which is actually a generic for Bonine, but it is used to treat motion sickness, and nausea, just like Dramamine. There is no plain pill with just 555/363 there should be more to the imprint, unless you have a counterfeit pill.

Have oval yellow pill with GGwith broken vertical line then 251. I think it may be meclezine. ## I think the marking you're looking at may be GG 261 and yes, if that's the case, then it does contain 25mgs of Meclizine, which is an anithistamine that's used to treat the dizziness often associated with motion sickness.
