My pain dr tests me of course and he doesn't give me nearly half of what my now non-practicing dr gave me for bulging disc and osteoarthritis in my l4 and l5 and s1 discs. I'm always in pain and 3 oxy 16 mg don't work when the topamax he gave metabolizes it so quickly. Have been taking gabapentin 3600mg's before bed, around 9. I also take omezaprole 20mg OTC in the morning when I wake up around 8am. Recently had a blood test to make sure was taking the gabapentin. The test was done approximately 14-15 hrs after the last dose, and 4hours after taking 20mg of omezaprole. Will I test positive? I have been taking for over three years, and I seem to metabolize everything faster than the average person. ## i have to get blood work in the labs it been about 18 day will gabapentin show up ## It stays in your system for about 48 hrs for urine. blood is more reliable and shows up longer. not sure how long but everything I have read says a couple of days bc the it is not metabolized through the liver.

I take several meds from a psychiatrist & my Primary doctors. My drug testing has come back with methamphetamine showing up. I have bulging disks and sciatica. My pain Dr gave me 7.5 hydrocodone and gabapentin. I went today for my appt but was discharged because my test came back positive for oxymorphone and dilaudid. I have NEVER taken those meds. My Dr wouldn't even see me. Last month they were supposed to do injections but never called for approval until the morning I showed up for the procedure. ## I relapsed recently on herion, but I have a Dr appt tomorrow and they might drug test me.
