I had fever and joint pains so I had taken ?olo650 and dolowin after every 7-8 hrs as per doctors prescription. After 3 days, there are cuts all over my tongue, lips, gums, everywhere in my mouth. Tonsils are also there. I'm not able to eat anything. Is it due to the medicines? ## It is possible, since most medications can cause mouth irritation, and dry mouth. The U.S. FDA lists other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. However, the best thing to do would be to consult your physician to be sure that is all that is going on. Do you eat a lot of acidic foods? Are you on any other medications?

I have heard that paracetamol IP is enhanced with some type of viral protein, is this true? ## No, it is just Paracetamol, which is used to alleviate pain and fever. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?
