I am currently taking 2000 mg of Tegretol XR and was wondering if I was the only one taking such a high dose of this? ## Hi! I am also taking a high dose of Tegretol XR. I am now taking 1600mg per day. ## Be careful if you are unusually tired and feel ackie go to Dr. immediatly. ## I am suffering with mild Renal problem, may I take tegretal for foot burning ## Correct me if Im wrong but isnt this way over the maximum daily dose.!! ## I took 2,000mg of Tegretol and got really sick, to the point that i could not walk straight and i felt sick to my stomach. trying to function was really hard because of the dizziness I was told by my doc that i was suffering from an overdose.

Has your husband also been checked? Sometimes, they can also be infected, and engaging in intercourse can reinfect you. He may need to be examined by a urologist. Are you on any other medications?

I am taking Tegretol XR and just got prescribed Suboxone. Will there be and negative interactions? ## i am taking tegretol and have just began taking suboxone. what are any adverse reactions, if any? ## The U.S. FDA does warn that there could be some dangerous issues from combining the 2, such as respiratory distress, coma, or death. Not all are that serious, of course, those are the worst case scenario symptoms. Other issues might include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, and sedation. How are you doing taking them both?

my pharmacy changed medicine on me... again...on my 'generic' carbamazepine . called them up and i mentioned to the girl that i have been prescribed the yellow 'carbs' with NC*200 on it for 2-3 years...now i am getting a capsule i took when i was younger and it was called 'tegretol'...it is half teal and gray capsule with what i can make out S433 .she said it is a 200 mg ER capsule carbamazepine . AND what i take are not tegretol at all...i am so confused...this is a nation-wide pharmacy... ## That is correct, Tegretol is the name brand and the time released ones are actually tablets with a circle and T logo on them.
