THANK YOU. ## Yes, since Conzace doesn't contain B vitamins, you can take them both. It contains Vitamins A, C, E and Zinc. Is this safe to take? Ther was something on media of two ingredients in this med that had been found as unsafe. My husband was prescribed Folbee Tab Brec . I would like to know what these ingredients are and if it is safe for my husband to continue this supplement? ## Hi Molly, Are you referring to the Folbee B vitamin complex tablets? If so, I haven't read any reports deeming it unsafe to use. Maybe there is some sort of "inactive" ingredient that is causing problems? I know propylene glycol is an inactive ingredient that is commonly used in some vitamins and prescription drugs as well as beauty products (yuck!), it can be very toxic and harmful to the body over time. Also, based on my research, the version of B-12 that is used in the Folbee supplement is Cyanocobalamin, wh...

Why this multivitamin tablets , manufactured by abbot, is not available in USA? ## Surbex T contains: Vitamin C 450 mg; Thiamin 12.4 mg; Riboflavin 9 mg; Niacin 90.7 mg; Vitamin B6 3.7 mg; Vitamin B12 9 mcg; Pantothenic Acid 16.6 mg. This is a Vitamin B complex, with additional Vitamin C. I do not know why this particular brand name is not available in the US, but it is most likely because there are many that contain the same ingredients on the market. Some are: B-Complex Vitamins Plus, Formula B Plus and Vitaplex Plus. Have you spoken to your doctor about trying one of these alternatives? ## Abbott stopped making Surbex-T in late 2009. They have stopped making nearly all of their vitamin products and I was told they will stop the few remaining vitamin products shortly. ## I am disharte...

Hi, Is Daneuron , which consists of Vitamin B1, B6 B12 suitable for a vegetarian who does not take eggs, garlic, scallian ,leek achives and animal origin? ## Hi Aik, I believe that supplement should be suitable. However, I actually recommend patch/trans dermal or sublingual versions of supplements because they deliver more of the active ingredients straight into the blood stream- as opposed to getting digested. Also, be sure that the version of B-12 is Methylcobalamin and not Cyanocobalamin. Cyanocobalamin is actually the synthetically derived version of B -12 and is ineffective in some people who lack the enzyme that's needed to digest it. I personally think it's better to have the naturally derived version! You can learn more about this drug on the page for B vitamin complex ...
