Would hydrodo/apap10-325 be stronger than hydroco/apap10-500 since there is less tylenol. So you would be getting the hydroco with less buffer

Yes - that is exactly right. I have read that some meds in combination - like Tylenol & hydrocodone work better than just the stronger pain med. -hydrocodone alone. If your hydro. has 325 Tylenol now? Buy a bottle of low strength Tylenol & take one to see if it make a difference, or a half. I have heard so many people saying that there is such a huge difference, I tend to think that there is more & very unequal difference in these generics or yellow vs white pills and it is not just their color !!!

Nothing except 1 has more acetaminophen, the hydrocodone amount is the same.
