Hello, Premi! How are you doing?

Glucophage SR contains the active ingredient Metformin in a time release formulation, it is an oral antidiabetic medication. Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, flatulence and hypoglycemia.

Learn more Glucophage SR details here.

From what I can find, Eritel Trio is listed as containing Amlodipine and Telmisartan. It is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and its side effects may include nausea, headache, stomach pain and hypotension.

Learn more Amlodipine details here.

Learn more Telmisartan details here.

And Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that's used to remove excess fluid from the body to also help treat high blood pressure. Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and dehydration.

Learn more Hydrochlorothiazide details here.

Is there anything else I can help with?
