PCOS

I have had irregular period since the very beginning. Diagnosed with pcos couple of years back. I am now 29 and dying to conceive. Problem is my partner is not very cooperative as he keeps withdrawing. Im currently on glucophage & primolut-n. Is there any meds I can take to increase my chances of conceiving with pretty less semen? :( ## To be honest, if you're partner doesn't want to have a child, at this time, forcing one on them is a very bad and irresponsible idea. Is it advisable to take Glucophage XR 500mg-dosage? Please advise. ## Hello, Kaizer! How are you? Has your doctor instructed you to take it? How long after eating do you check your sugar levels? What types of foods do you eat? The NIH has some very informative articles on diabetes and a proper healthy diet. For example, you should avoid sweets, as much as possible, and if you do want something sweet, you should stick with fruits. When it comes to most vegetables, you can eat as much as you want, since most contain little fat and little sugars. You should also avoid high fat foods, since they can coat your cells and prevent them from ...
