Gynovit syrup uses

I had no periods for the last 2 months so my doctor prescribed gynovit syrup. What is the use of it? Can it be taken along with metformin tablets also? ## From what I could gather, Grovit syrup is simply a multivitamin supplement for use in treating vitamin deficiency states as well as increased vitamin demands for pregnancy, lactation, growing children, and even severe infections. The Active ingredients in Grovit syrup are: Vitamin A (palmitate) + Vitamin B complex + Vitamin C + Vitamin D + Vitamin E Based on my research, there are no drug interactions listed between Metformin and Vitamins. So in my honest opinion, you should be fine taking the two together. I hope this helps! ## Should we take gynovit syrup before or after food ## You have to take 10ml trice a day before food.. ## Whe...

DBX-13 scam

In January 2013 - I recently purchased a subscription to the Health Sciences Institute (HSI) newsletter and got the book "Miracles from the Vault." I scoured the pages to find DBX-13 which they advertised as the diabetes miracle cure, and couldn't find it anywhere. I called HSI, and after three attempts and by threatening to take them to court for false advertising, a response finally came by email. DBX-13 is called X-Cravings. But get this... it is no longer being manufactured. X-Cravings appears to be a formula to help you stop craving food... a diet product... and I guess they apparently felt this would help you lose weight which would help your diabetes. I placed a call to the manufacturer of X-Cravings, Nutricology. Tel: (800)545-9960 who claims they don't know that...

metformin recalls

What is the protocol for warning patients, pharmacists, etc. in the event a medication is causing adverse effects? Do we have to await for the ambulance chasers TV commercials warning us of legal suits or is there an entity policing the prescription/consumer industry? ## What I am referring to above are the apparent side effects related to the "uncontrolled or unmonitored" fillers used in the manufacture of generic drugs like Metformin. Does Metformin from different manufacturers have the same efficacy?

When I get my Metformin script filled in CVS in NY it's a different pill than when I get it filled in Florida CVS. Both are apparently Metformin but since they are from different manufacturers is the efficacy the same? ## Hello, Lolalulu! How are you? Yes, any prescription medication that's available from your pharmacy in the U.S. has had to pass the same strict quality and efficacy standards, it applies uniformly to all generic manufactures. Is there anything else I can help with? ## They don't check every batch of metformin coming into the country so who knows what the heck you are getting in these generic pills....
