Sleepasil Side Effects

I've been taking sleepasil for quite a while now and have been experiencing several possible side effects that may contributed by the drug. My major concern is what is in the drug. Yes it is BFAD approved but i cannot find its make up. Thanks.

I'm taking sleepasil for 1 week. After taking it I have a sever headache..then the following day I feel calm and relax.

I work in a BPO company and on a shifting schedule since we're on a 24/7 operation because of our international clients. I was assigned to work on graveyard shift and had a really hard time sleeping since I'm not used to it. A co-worker recommended sleepasil and I was already curious about it. I tried it once and it knocked me out in just a few minutes. The only con here I experienced is that I was still sleepy at night after sleeping for 10 hours in the morning. Its effects still lasts during my shift so I still ended up being very sleepy at work. Hahaha, but it really does work.

Hi there. As per medical studies, the older you get, the lesser sleep you will have. So don't worry about your mom getting lesser number of sleeping time at night. Do try to give her warm milk before bed time if she is not lactose intolerant. It may aid her in sleeping.Or let her take a nap after lunch.

I tried Sleepasil, one tablet an hour before my usual sleeping time. I bought 4 capsules for a start. I was able to sleep earlier than the usual but on the 4th day, I began to experience frequent urination. Though I am not sure if it was caused by Sleepasil. But from Day 1, I woke up with a headache. I am not taking any other medication except USANA mega antioxidant and minerals.

Change your bed sheet, maybe you have bed bugs on your mattress or crabs, Or try to take a bath before you sleep

I googled sleeping pills over the counter and I saw the sleepasil come up in my search. I'm planning to buy it also, as from what I can see about sleepasil it sounds safe to take it. But I still don't like to take it everyday... I don't want to get use to it... I still want to fall asleep by myself without any help from medicine. I have also heard of an herbal supplement called NATRA SLEEP, from the US. But it's difficult to take it because of the smell. Smells like grass. Haha

Natural ba tlga nag ppain ulo sobra skt kasi sa isang araw tatlong beses din ako na ccr. Pag nag ttake ako ng gamot na yan ?

I use SLEEPWELL. It's also Melatonin. I like the effects of Sleepwell compared to Sleepasil. Sa Sleepasil sumakit ulo ko. Di siya need ng prescription.

I just read that melatonin, an ingredient in sleepasil, might raise your blood sugar level.
