how do you keep sintrom blood level between 2.0 and 3.0, as it seems to sometimes go lower

Sintrom is an anticoagulant that contains the active ingredient Acenocoumarol.

There is no hard and fast way to keep the blood level constant for these medications. That is why your doctor has o do a blood test regularly to check and see if your dosage needs to be adjusted.

Certain things you eat may also be affecting it, such as a lot of dark leafy green vegetables that contain Vitamin K.

Yes I had a Angiagram early this year and a stint fitter August since then my calf are swollen twice the size I have burning sensation stabbing pain dizzle spells but pain all day in my legs also from angle to knee I have a rash like large bubbles under skin and they look very red I am diabetic but had test done no nerve damage can you help me
