I found a white round pill on the floor of a bedroom in my house - it has RX 438 on it, does anyone know what this is??

This tablet contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic for Vicodin. This is a narcotic pain reliever.

Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
