Hello, Sue! How are you?

Embeda contains Morphine coupled with Naltrexone, to prevent the abuse of opiates, while someone is taking it. Morphine, however, is a very effective analgesic.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I do not, however, have any information on which pharmacies carry it.

Has it been prescribed for you?
